I know said I'd start this book when I get requests, but no one was giving me any, so here ya go!
"Mira!", Natsu called out through the guild.
The white haired bartender looked at the pink haired dragon slayer.
"What's up Natsu?"
"Can you make a drink for Lucy?"
"If she wanted a drink, she could've come here herself", said Gray.
Natsu glared at the ice mage.
"For your information popsicle, she's not feeling well. So I volunteered to bring her something."
"What a man, fulfilling his role as a husband", said Elfman.
(AN: Natsu and Lucy are married in this)
"Sure Natsu. Anything particular? Like what is wrong with Lucy?", asked Mira.
"Well, she threw up this morning. That's about it", said Natsu.
"Wow. Did she eat anything bad?"
"No. I was with her nearly the entire day yesterday."
Meanwhile, Levy was listening to what Natsu was saying. She put two and two together and started giggling.
"What's so funny?", asked Gajeel.
"Just Natsu being clueless", said Levy.
Mira also put the pieces together, but decided not to tell Natsu.
"It might take a while to make Natsu, so in the meantime, just stay with Lucy."
Natsu gave a small salute, and walked out the guild.
"What are you going to make, Mira?", asked Happy.
"Nothing", replied Mira.
Happy's jaw dropped. "Nothing?!"
"You know Natsu's gonna kick your ass if he finds out you're not helping his sick wife", said Gray.
"That's the thing: she's not sick."
Gray and Happy looked at her confused.
At the Dragneel residence
"Luce! I'm home!"
There was a sound coming from the kitchen.
Natsu went to investigate, and saw his wife gathering food. Lots of food.
"Woah, Luce. Are you sure you can handle that much?"
"I don't know Natsu. After you left, I just started craving food. Lots of food."
"The throwing up might have emptied your stomach", deduced Natsu. "Nevermind that, shouldn't you be resting?"
"I'm fine Natsu. Just really hungry. That's all", Lucy reassured, while giving a peck on her husband's cheek.
"If you say so Luce."
"By the way, we're out of milk. You mind buying some?"
"No problem!"
Natsu dashed out of the house.
Lucy smiled at her husband's goofy personality.
There was then a knock at the door.
"Come in!", said Lucy.
The door opened, and in walked Levy.
"Hi Lu-chan!"
"Hey Levy!"
Levy then noticed the pile of food behind the celestial mage. "Are you stockpiling for hibernation?"
"No. Just a strong craving."
"Strong craving, heh?", Levy said with a smug grin. "Say, Luce. Have you and Natsu ever...done it?"
"Done what?"
"You know. It."
"Um, this a little concerning Levy."
Levy gave a frustrating sigh. "Did you Natsu have sex?"
Lucy's eyes widened, then she hid her face blushing.
"Well?"
"Y-y-yes", stuttered Lucy.
"When was the last time you two did it?"
"The day before yesterday", said Lucy, still blushing.
"And you threw up this morning?", asked Levy.
"Levy, what are you getting at?"
"Come on Lu-chan. You're smart enough to know."
Lucy looked at her friend confused, before finally putting the pieces together. "Oh..."
"Welp. That's all I had to say. Good luck telling Natsu!", said Levy, walking out of the house.
That night
"Lucy! I'm back! Soon if I took long! You won't believe how much people there were!"
Lucy was sitting on the couch, looking at her lap.
"Luce? Is something wrong?"
"Natsu... I found out what's wrong with me."
Natsu's eyes widened.
"Is there a cure for it?"
"What?", asked Lucy.
"If this is a bad disease, then we need to find the cure now!"
"There is no cure..."
"What?! I refuse to believe that! I won't let you die!"
"I'm not going to die Natsu."
"But still, I won't let my wife be sick forever!"
"Natsu, will you just listen! I'm not sick, I'm pregnant!"
The house went silent.
"W-what?"
"I'm pregnant. You're going to be a dad, Natsu."
"How long have you known?"
"I just found out today."
Lucy looked at Natsu. He still had a shocked expression on his face.
"Are you mad?", asked Lucy.
She was scared. Scared Natsu would leave her. If that happened, she wouldn't be able to move on.
Natsu slowly walked forward, then he dashed towards the couch, giving Lucy a tight hug.
"I'm going to be a dad!"
Lucy was shocked. "You're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad? I get to start a family with the love of my life! I couldn't be more happier!"
He continued hugging. Lucy hugged back.
Then Natsu's arms got tighter.
"Careful Natsu. You don't wanna squash the baby."
"Oh right. Sorry", said Natsu, letting go.
"Guess I better buy enough food, considering how much you're going to be eating."
Lucy giggled and kissed Natsu on the lips.
"I love Natsu."
"And I love you, Luce."
