It was a festive time at the Future Foundation. All the members were wearing holiday clothing and having a good time.
The door opened, and in walked Makoto Naegi and his wife, Kyoko Naegi.
"Hey, Makoto!", greeted Hajime. "Hey Hajime. Happy Holidays." "Same to you. So how's it going? You know, with you two being just recently married and all?" "It is going great", said Kyoko. "What about you and Chiaki?" Hajime nervously scratched the back of his head. "Well, I thought that maybe I should propose to her." Makoto was overjoyed. "Really? Good for you! When?"
"I was thinking after this party. I don't want to do it now, since Chiaki doesn't like making a scene." Kyoko placed a hand on his shoulder. "Well, we wish you luck." Hajime nodded with a smile.
The party continued. Aoi saw her two friends the Naegi's, and got an idea. She took out something from her pocket and snuck to the middle of the party, where she hung the object on the ceiling. Now all she had to do was wait.
Kyoko and Makoto were holding hands and drinking punch.
"Hey, Makoto?" "Yes?" "Could we go get more punch?" "Of course!" The married couple walked to the table, until being confronted by Aoi. "Aoi? What's going on?" The swimmer pointed to the roof, showing them the object she had.
A mistletoe.
Makoto looked at Aoi to see her smiling mischievously. The lucky student blushed, until he felt a peck on his cheek. From his wife no less. "Kyoko?" "It's okay Makoto. We're married after all."
Makoto stopped blushing, and kissed Kyoko's cheek. Then they looked at each other, then kissed again. This time, on the lips.
"You two are just so adorable!", squealed Aoi.
Makoto and Kyoko leaned their heads onto each other.
"Makoto."
"Hm?"
"I still want more punch."
Makoto chuckled. "Of course, honey. Of course."
