Nejire Hado was walking around in a beautiful blue dress, which caught the attention of many. Girls were stunned by the beauty of the dress, while guys were swooning over her looks.
But there was young man who loved her beauty more. His name was Tamaki Amajiki.
Whenever he'd get a chance, he would take a picture. A habit which was caught one day by his best friend, Mirio Togata.
"You have quite the talent for photography, Tamaki. Those are some nice shots." Tamaki got startled. "These? Oh, th-these are nothing!"
Mirio raised an eyebrow while smiling. "Come on. How long have the three of us been hanging out? I've seen the way you two act towards each other." "E-each other?" "Well, duh. You're a stuttering mess when talking to her. Like, a bigger stuttering mess that you usually are. And Nejire, she talks to you all the time." "That's h-how she usually i-is." "Not with you. When she talks to you, she's extra chatty."
Tamaki thought of this. "There's no way she could like me. I'll just weigh her down. It's better this way."
Tamaki continued to secretly take photos of Nejire. That then all changed one day. While Tamaki cleaned the lens if his camera and raised it to take another photo, he sees a blue dress right before him.
The nervous boy looked up and saw Nejire. "Hi, Tamaki!" "N-Nejire?!" "Is that a camera?" "Wha-? Oh, no! This is just, um, a, uh..."
Nejire looked away from Tamaki as if she saw something. "What's that?" Tamaki looked in the direction she did, and felt his camera being removed from his lap.
"Wait!" But Nejire scanned through all the photos, then looked at Tamaki. "Follow me." He stood up and did as she said. They walked until they arrived at an empty location. "You know, these pictures are nice, but I know what will make them better." "What?"
Nejire hugged Tamaki with her one arm and raised the camera with the other, then took a photo. "You being in them." Tamaki blushed, but noticed Nejire still holding up the camera. She took another picture, this time pecking the boy's cheek. "Now when people don't believe you when you say you have a girlfriend, show them this."
"G-girlfriend?!" "Yeah. I've actually liked you for a while, Tamaki." Tamaki couldn't believe what he was hearing. The girl of his dreams had a crush on him. "M-me too." Nejire responded with a smile. "N-Nejire, can I kiss you?" "Sure."
And the two shared a heartwarming kiss, sealing the deal in their relationship.
