"This is gonna suck." You declared to your teammates. "I was hoping he would hold off for a little bit longer. What next, team captain?" You couldn't turn around and look at him, but you sure wish you could.

"The game's only halfway over. We can't stop now!" Midoriya said with conviction. You sent a small prayer to the spirit world. It seemed Team Todoroki was ready to make their move.

"Now Iida, forward!" Todoroki commanded his front horse, who nodded.

"Right!" You could see Iida prepping his engines. He also had Yaoyorozu and Kaminari on his team as the side horses. This was going to be tough.

"Yaoyorozu, be ready to protect us." Todoroki said, being a picture of the perfect team leader.

"On it." She began using her quirk. You couldn't quite make out what she was creating from your vantage point.

     "Kaminari...."

"Oh, I know what I gotta do." Kaminari cut off Todoroki with with a smirk. Your heart sank.

"Uh... Watch our surroundings. It's not just Todoroki. Everyone's after us!" Midoriya said, and you found that he was right. There were several teams headed your way. You needed to focus.

"Again?" You whined. It was clear that Kaminari had something up his sleeve, and you weren't sure if you could deal with it. At least, not without exposing yourself. You had already been a victim to his quirk, and you weren't looking forward to a possible repeat. You needed to take action immediately.

"Move backwards!" You shouted in distress. Your team retreated and you built an icy wall between you and your opponents.

"I hope you made something strong, Yaoyorozu! Indiscriminate Shock. 1.3 million volts!" He cried, and your eyes went wide even though you knew this would happen. The competition cried out in pain. Your ice wall shattered just as the bolts stopped. It had done its job, but just barely.

"Less than six minutes left. It's time to make a move." Todoroki froze the delirious competition in its tracks and moved straight at your team. "Sorry, but there's no other way."

"Yeah, he's not sorry." You mumbled under your breath. But now was not the time to voice all of the problems you had with the boy.

"Will you look at that? He's stopped all those teams cold in their tracks!" Present Mic seemed impressed. Aizawa actually spoke up from the sound booth.

"But only after Kaminari had immobilized the students using his electricity. In the obstacle course he was surprised by how many people avoided his attack. He's adapting his strategy." He observed aloud.

"Nice commentary!" Present Mic encouraged your teacher. You watched disapprovingly as Todoroki stole the frozen teams headbands.

"I might as well take these." He left them in the dust.

"Come back!" One girl cried with emotion. But Todoroki wasn't coming back. Because he was coming after you.

"The jetpack's malfunctioning." Midoriya sounded nervous, which didn't help you in the least.

"Baby! Guess it needs some upgrades." Hatsume looked up at her child strapped to Midoriya's back. Now your team was relying on the one (1) jet boot that worked. You pulled water out of the air to prepare for oncoming attacks.

"On no, they're too fast! We can't get away!" Uraraka said, and she was right. They were way too close for your comfort. You gritted your teeth and sent several ribbons was water flying at them, but it seemed they saw it coming.
