Amelia's POV

"Come on, sweetie. You can do it." I help Arizona into the wheelchair, some groans escaping her mouth.

"Amelia, I can't do it." She shakes her head, as I sit on the edge of the bed with her.

"Yes, yes you can. I know you can. Okay?" I cup her face, making her smile a little. "Just on step to the wheelchair, and we can get you to Sofia." She nods. I grab her waist and place her arm on my shoulder, helping her walk. She groans in pain, making my legs feel weak. She finally reaches the chair, helping her sit on it. I can feel tears forming in my eyes because of how much pain she's in.

"A–Are you okay?" She asks me a few moments later.

"No. I'm sorry. It just hurts seeing you like that." I exhale, recollecting myself.

"Give me a kiss," She mumbles, her voice still loud enough for me to hear her. I reach up to her face, cupping it and pressing our lips firmly together. "I find you miraculous when you do that. And the only way I reached this wheelchair was because you were right in front of me."

"I like you." I say, pushing the door open so she can get herself outside.

"I do too, Dr. Shepherd."
