Shinso Ending Part 1

You weren't sure how much time passed but you heard Bakugo say, "I'm going to go get a coffee, tell me if she wakes up" You left your eyes shut, not wanting to click them open and have painful light shoot into them.

A few minutes passed and you heard Shinso's voice. "Y/n," he paused and then continued, "Please be okay. I know last time that you were in the hospital it was the worst day of your life and I wanted more than anything to be with you."

"This time I will make sure I'm always by your side. I want to be there as you graduate at the top of your class at UA. I want to be there with you as you find your dream job at some hero agency. I can't wait to see you on our wedding day, beach air blowing your flowy dress as you walk towards me. I want to carry you into a cute little house in the suburbs that we can raise a couple of kids in. I want to grow old with you as we play with our grandkids. I want to love you for all of eternity. "

Your heart was pounding as you listened to his words.

···Bakugo POV···

Coffee in hand, I stopped just short of entering the room and listened as Shinso pour out his confession to y/n. I stood there and realized that he also cared so much for y/n, maybe even more so than I did. He had planned a whole fucking life with her. 

"Shinso," I heard y/n's voice weakly say. "You know me so well that it's as if we are sharing one singular dream together." 

The words stung. I thought about my own dreams and realized that that's exactly what they were. My dreams. I wanted to be the top hero. I wanted 6 kids. I wanted to be in the city where all of the action is. 

Y/n is the most amazing girl and I know that I would do everything I could to make her happy, but would I allow her to sacrifice her happiness to live out my dreams?

I knew at that moment that she had made her choice. Fuck this hurts. Not really knowing what to do, I decided to leave. I would text y/n later to see how she was doing.
