"Y/n!" Rosie yelled as she walked inside the house. "I'm home early today!" She said excitedly as she closed the front door and started to kick off her shoes.

The living room was empty but she figured you were in the kitchen or upstairs and she'd be hearing fast footsteps on the stairs or across the room in only seconds. But they never came.

"Y/n? Where are you?" She asked as she looked around for you downstairs, only to find all the rooms empty.

She rushed up the stairs and made her way into your shared room, where she froze on her feet. Your name was on the tip of her tongue but she never let it fall. Instead, a big smile appeared on her face upon seeing you all curled up in bed.

She padded over to you quietly. Soft breaths fell from your parted lips. Wrapped in her hoodie and her blanket while curled up on her side of the bed, it seemed that you were missing her. She'd only been gone a few hours, but she couldn't deny that she missed you, too.

Her hand fell to your head. She brushed your hair back and stared at you for a moment. Her heart swelled with love when you leaned into her touch as she gently laid her hand onto your cheek.

You're her whole world and she only falls more in love with you every day. Seeing you now, all curled up in her sweater and her blanket, almost made her heart burst from her chest.

She leaned in to lay a lingering kiss to your forehead. She was only going to lay one and pull away before occupying herself with something until you woke up. But your eyes opened as soon as her lips brushed along your forehead and locked with her beautiful brown ones and soon, she was smiling from ear to ear and gazing at you adoringly.

"Hey, pretty girl. Having a good nap?"

"Yeah." You mumbled before yawning. "I don't even remember when I fell asleep."

"Must just be super cozy in my hoodie, huh?"

You nodded with a growing smile on your face. She chuckled and leaned in to give you a peck on your lips.

"You're home early."

"Finished up early. I was thinking we could spend some quality time together. But if you're tired you can sleep a little longer."

"I'm okay. Lay with me!"

She giggled and crawled into bed with you; on your side of the bed since you were so cozy in hers. You crawled into her arms right away and she tightened them around you. Legs tangling with yours, she took your hands and intertwined your fingers as well.

"I love you so much." You whispered as you gazed into her eyes.

"Not nearly as much as I love you." She said before kissing you, only intending for it to be slow and sweet but you deepened it and pulled your hand out of hers to bring her closer.

All she could do was sigh softly against your lips, excited to spend the rest of the day by your side.
