Rosé buried her face in her hands, letting out a heavy sigh before she lifted it again to look back at you.

You sat beside her with your legs crossed and your arms folded over your chest. Your jaw was clearly clenched and every once in a while she could see you glance over at her, although you tried to pretend you weren't and that your gaze was instead focused solely on the movie.

She knew she messed up.

You made a sweet dinner for both of you to share. She was supposed to be home early and you went out of your way to make it. But she was late again and this just so happened to be the one day she forgot to inform you of that.

So now, you're angry; and understandably so.

Rosé isn't denying that she messed up. She confessed!

But it seemed that an 'I'm sorry' wasn't enough to fix this one and she wasn't sure what to do.

"I'm sorry, baby."

You scoffed, making her bite her tongue.

"Okay. That's not enough so tell me what you want me to say. I really am sorry. I don't know what to do to make it better."

You looked back at her and rolled your eyes.

"Y/N, please,"

"I'm not talking to you."

She bit her cheek, trying to hide her smirk. "But you just did."

You didn't pay her any mind. You just watched the film or pretended to, anyway.

She let out a sad sigh and scooted closer to you.

"I'm sorry, baby." She whispered again, laying a kiss on your shoulder. "I feel terrible about it. Not just because you're angry with me but also because I wanted to be here with you. I just got caught up and I got busy. I didn't mean to blow you off and I didn't want to miss our date."

She whispered sadly, trailing her lips across your shoulder and to your neck. "I love you too much to ever do anything like that on purpose. You're my girl. I love and care about you more than words could ever express."

You looked down at her and though you weren't clenching your jaw any longer and your eyes weren't filled with anger, she was still scared that you were mad.

So she started to lay little kisses on your skin.

From your neck to your collarbone to your jaw, she made sure to keep them soft and loving along your skin.

You let out a shaky breath when she kissed your neck. She knows it's one of your weakest places. It always makes you weak in the knees and makes you crave the taste of her lips.

But she refused to lean up and bring you in for a kiss that would take your breath away and lace your fingers through her hair and grasp at her skin. She wanted to keep them soft and sweet. She wanted you to know how sorry she was.

"I love you." She whispered. "So much."

You started to smile. It was impossible not to.

Even if you felt angry, it was impossible to not melt into her kisses. The soft brush of her lips and the sweet, sweet kisses she was leaving along your skin drove you wild.

"I'm sorry." She whispered, pulling away when she heard a soft sigh fall from your lips then felt a soft tap on her head.

"It's okay. I just wanted to spend time with you and I guess I was angry at how you didn't even tell me you weren't coming."

"I know. I understand. I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you."

Before you could say a word, her lips were touching the corners of yours. She looked into your eyes as she kissed your cheek, then trailed her lips back onto yours.

"I love you," Sher spoke against your lips. "I was looking forward to it, I swear." She said, pulling away to kiss your left cheek before trailing them to your jaw. "I have a day off next week. Let me make it up to you then. I'll take you out to dinner at your favorite spot and no matter what I will not break that promise to you."

It was hard to concentrate on the words falling from her lips when they were moving so lovingly against your skin.

But you smiled anyway. You loved the sound of that. All you really want is to spend time with her.

"I love you too." You said, causing her to pull away from your skin and looking up at you with bright eyes and a glowing smile.

"So you forgive me?"

"Of course I do." You smiled. "I can't stay mad at you, anyway. I love you too much."

She grinned brightly before pushing her lips onto yours. It was loving and sweet and she had the intention of keeping it that way... until you deepened it by kissing her a little more wildly and lacing your fingers through her hair.

"I love you more." She whispered as her heart filled with happiness and love. She was over the moon, so happy that you forgave her because she loves you more than anything and she just wanted to make you happy.
