You followed the girls' voices down the stairs and into the living room where they were all gathered around and patiently waiting for you.

Tonight, you're tagging along to watch them perform at a major award show. It's the first time you get to tag along to one and you feel butterflies in your stomach at the thought alone of tagging along to see such an important night for them.

They've been so patient in waiting for you. All of them except Rosie were talking and giggling about some things while Rosé buried her face in her phone to try to distract herself from her heart that raced at the thought alone of being able to be by your side throughout the entire night when she knows you'll look so breathtaking; like you always do.

Your heels on the floor made them all look your way. Your cheeks flushed as they threw out compliment after compliment.. all except Rosé, who couldn't even find the words to say and simply stared at you with her jaw slacked and her eyes filled with stars.

The girls quickly noticed her looking so in love. Knowing that she's never been able to admit to her crush on you, they've concocted a plan to see if she could spill the beans tonight... like she's told them she's been dying to from the night she first laid eyes on you only months ago.

"Wow, y/n," Jennie whispered and stepped closer to you. Her hand fell to your shoulder, her fingers brushing along your skin as she looked you up and down and sank her teeth into her lip to pretend that she was flirting. "You look so beautiful."

"You think so? I'm so nervous about tonight. I was hoping everything looks okay."

"Are you kidding? You look marvelous. Then again, you always do."

Your cheeks turned red and you tucked a hair behind your ear. You just so happened to look over at Rosie and found her clenching her jaw and looking anywhere but at the scene unfolding in front of her.

"So beautiful." Lisa smiled. "Don't you agree, Rosie?"

Rosie just simply looked at her friend, glaring at her and folding her arms over her chest.

"Someone is gonna sweep you off your feet tonight. That's for sure." Jennie mumbled. "Right, Rosie?" She asked, turning to her friend to lock eyes, hoping this would be the nudge she needed to finally admit her feelings.

And it seemed to be working as the flirting from her friends with you made her incredibly jealous, especially seeing how much you seemed to be enjoying it all.

She locked her phone and threw it aside before walking out of the room and down the hall to one of the spares where she slammed the door behind her.

"Whoa..." you jumped at the sound. "What's with her?"

"I don't know," Jisoo tried to pretend but you saw the smile tugging at her lips. "Maybe you should go find out."

You walked down the hall until you reached the room and knocked on the door.

"What?" She called out but her voice cracked. Her tough exterior was breaking, much like her heart.

"It's y/n. Can I come in?"

"Yeah." She mumbled in return and you walked inside, closing the door behind you.

She wanted to see you. She really wanted the comfort she's always hoped to get from you. But she suddenly had a change of heart, wishing she would've told you she'd be out in a moment instead.

Because when she saw you, her heart began to pound in her chest and her feelings for you hit her hard. You look so beautiful. Her breath hitched and her chest filled with butterflies when you smiled at her. But she was reminded of the flirting that had just taken place and how much you seemed to enjoy it from them and not her.
