"Come on Pumpkin we got to go we're already late." Pumpkin heard her owner say as she ran into the car jumping into the front seat Georgie playfully rolled her eyes. "Get in the back Diva Dog we literally have this conversation every morning since you became my dog." Georgie tells Pumpkin who reluctantly gets in the backseat before barking at Georgie, "And were going to have it everyday until you actually let me sit in the front seat." Pumpkin said even though she knew Georgie couldn't understand her.

Today Georgie had asked for the day off of her job at Broadway, even though it would be nothing but work for both dog and owner. First off they had a school assembly raising awareness about therapy dogs, and how they can help. Then they were going to visit the children's hospital , and then the nursing home so yeah busy day. So Pumpkin you ready for this? It's probably going to be crowded."  Georgie told Pumpkin who shakes her fur crowds were nothing. "So ready!" Pumpkin thought as she looked out the window. Seeing the land speed by.

Soon they stopped at the school building where Pumpkin could see kids playing outside, and some kids playing on those weird electronic books. Pumpkin barks impatiently as she waits for the car door to open. "Georgie open the door already!" Pumpkin says as she continued scratching at the door. Georgie laughs at the overly excited dog. "Alright Pumpkin hold on a second. Now stay with me okay. With me." Pumpkin hears Georgie say to her as she opened the door. Pumpkin jumped out of the car sniffing around before following Georgie into the cafeteria.

Pumpkin looked around the huge room that had a bunch of tables in it, and smelled of food. "This place is amazing." Pumpkin thought looking around, but was quickly snapped out of it when she heard Georgie hiss, "Pumpkin ignore."

Pumpkin followed Georgie that is until she heard some crying she stopped mid walk and turned around. Georgie stopping when the leash goes taut. "Pumpkin come." She says but Pumpkin shakes her fur. As she motions her head towards the noise. Making Georgie look to where Pumpkin was pointing with her head hearing some of the cries. "Okay girl I hear it too. With me." Georgie told Pumpkin who wags her tail as they go over to what looked to be the nurses office. Where a young girl was sitting on one of the beds.

Pumpkin waited for Georgie to give her command. But instead she heard talking between Georgie and the nurse,she heard some of it, but was more concerned about the girl and was happy to hear, "Go ahead." From Georgie as she went to comfort the girl.

A few hours later they were now at their second stop the Children's hospital. This was Pumpkins favorite place to visit. All the kids were so sweet here, and it made Pumpkin happy especially her conversations with her best child friend Elena.

Pumpkin let herself lead the way into the hospital, since Georgie wasn't as strict with her here since they literally come here almost every evening since she became a therapy dog.

Pumpkin wagged her tail when she saw some of the children in the playroom they had Pumpkin looked to Georgie pleadingly before looking at the children playing. Georgie laughs at Pumpkin "Alright we'll go in their first then we'll make our rounds. Deal." Georgie asks as Pumpkin wags her tail, and barks, " Deal!"

Pumpkin goes into the room happily as she did a few tricks for them and allowed herself to enjoy all the attention she was getting from the kids. Sadly this was short lived as Georgie had just got pulled to a different room, as a new child had just been admitted the day before and he was totally freaking out over some IVs they were putting in. The nurses thought maybe Pumpkin could calm him down a bit, and Georgie agreed to give it a try. "Pumpkin come on we have to make our rounds now." Georgie says trying not to alert the two kids that were in the room.

Pumpkin sighed, and gets up, but instead of the usual route they went a different way. Pumpkin cocked her head confused. "New patient." Georgie explained as Pumpkin shook her fur, "Alright hopefully this one won't be a ear puller like the last one was." Pumpkin thought to herself as they continued walking.
