Sisters Fight

This is just a random one shot I been thinking about doing with Pumpkin and Mira, and it also introduces a new OC Shiloh who is a brindle Chihuahua mix. Anyways I hope you enjoy this one shot if you do vote and comment 💖

Pumpkin and Mira sigh lying on their couch in the nice clean living room room. It was a normal day other then the fact Georgie was out alone today doing some shopping as therapy dogs weren't technically allowed in the store. It was that time of month again. So Pumpkin decided to have a little fun. "Mira come on let's go," Pumpkin barks out as Mira cocks her head in confusion, "Pumpkin what are you talking about Georgie told us to stay." Mira says as she stayed on the couch looking at the TV that was in the corner of the room. Neither dogs or owner used the TV much, but it was nice to have when their owner was away. "How about we watch that movie that Elena keeps talking about... What is it called... Descendants?" Mira asks not wanting to get in trouble and because she did really want to see that movie as Elena made it sound amazing."

"No let's go see our pack." Pumpkin barks out as she hadn't seen her pack since the move and she wanted to so that she could show the pack where she lived now. Mira just shook her head as she did not like Pumpkin's pack they made her feel like she didn't belong, which she admit she wasn't. She just didn't want to be around them, but Pumpkin kept on insisting  on her going with her. And Pumpkin got in to, to much trouble to be alone with them. Mira didn't know how Pumpkin survived before she came.

"Well you can go see your pack, but I'm not getting into trouble." Mira says as Pumpkin rolls her eyes and grumbles. "Worry wart." That made Mira raise and eyebrow as she had heard it. "What did you call me?" Mira asks as Pumpkin spoke up almost yelling, "You're a worry wart! You overthink and you never have any fun. Which you should as a street dog you learn to live everyday you have unlike you who just sat in a kennel all day watching the days go by." Pumpkin says not meaning to hurt Mira with her words, but she was longing to have Mira come out and socialize with her pack. She didn't know how out of place Mira felt there.

Mira gaped at Pumpkin did her adopted sister think she wanted to stay in that prison and she understands that Pumpkin had a rough life on the streets but waiting everyday with no hope of getting adopted, and knowing the exact date your life will end. Pumpkin didn't have to see dogs being taken to the back room to never be seen again.

She never had to smell the death. Pumpkin had smelled blood she was sure but not actual death. You couldn't have friends there they were even killed or taken away. You didn't even get to know your own family. At least Pumpkin knew her half brother even if he was a horrible dog. The only thing Mira knew about her family is that she had one sibling. She had no idea what her sibling looked like what gender it was, and if it was dead or not.

Mira's tail lowered and she sighed sadly as the words hurt Pumpkin would never completely understand her life just like she didn't understand Pumpkin and how she could take so many things in her life for granted. But she was sure Pumpkin felt the same way about her life. "You know Pumpkin don't take what you have for granted until you walk in someone's less fortunate paws.

I knew the day I was going to die. I couldn't have friends because they would either be killed or taken away. I was in a cold prison no way out. There were no holes to escape from just a metal floor. Yes I had enough food and water, but not much else. And just so you know I do have friends. I'm going to go cool off if Georgie get home before I do just tell her I needed a break." Mira says a few tears coming out of her eyes as she went out the hole under the couch.

Mira quickly runs across the street dodging a car as she went over to her friends house which thankfully not to far, and went through the dog door barking out for Seashell. "Seashell, Clover it's me Mira." Mira says as two dogs pop out from their dog house. "Hey Mermaid." The beagle says making Mira groans, "Not in the mood Clover. " Mira says making the shih tzu and beagle frown at their friend.
