Happy Mother's Day everyone this one shot is about Mother's day and I really hope you enjoy also sorry it's out late I was planning on having it out earlier but it needed some extreme Editing after last night anyway I hope you enjoy if you do vote and comment 💖

It was a nice sunny day at Central Park where Thorn, Tyson, and Dove. Who had went to play at the park. "Okay you two don't stray off to far, and howl..." Thorn started as the two pups roll their eyes, and continued her sentence, "and howl if we need you oh and also don't talk to strangers. We get it!" They both bark, as Thorn laughed. "Alright then go on." Thorn says sitting down on her haunches. Both pups went running off making sure to be away from earshot from their caretaker. "So what ajre we doing today Tyce?" Dove asks the older of the two.

"Dovey do you know what today is?" Tyson questions as Dove shook her head in confusion, "No egghead I don't what's today?" Dove tells Tyson who rolls his eyes at the nickname Dove used. "Today is Mother's Day. It's a day humans celebrate their mothers." Tyson explains as Dove growled at the thought of her mother.

"I don't care about my mother she left me on the streets to die then came back and tried to make me from my pack. Thorn is more of a mother than she ever was or will be." Dove says as Tyson nods in agreement, "I agree with you there which is why we should get something for Thorn I mean she is our mom even though I'm to scared to say since Fang is to hurt me when I said it." Tyson says shuddering at the flashback. Dove then realized something, "Is that why she never let me call her that. I use to think she didn't think that way about me." Dove says as Tyson shake his head.

No she has always loved you like a daughter, she just didn't want you getting hurt." Tyson tells Dove who nods, "Alright Egghead I'm in what should we get Thorn?" Dove asks wagging her tail. "We could always get her flowers I know the perfect place to get them." Tyson says as Dove brushes him off, "What a lame gift you know what we should totally go to Arrow! He would what to get her."  Dove suggested as Tyson cocked his head, "How would Arrow know what to get her?" Tyson asks in confusion as he knew his friend, and that Arrow would have no idea what Thorn would like.

"Well he's taught you all he knows so maybe he'll know what Thorn would like." Dove asks as Tyson rolls his eyes, "He's a history pup, he isn't physic I know Thorn loves flowers, Plus Thorn said not to stray to far from her." Tyson says as Dove just sighs and tugs on Tyson scruff pulling him over to the Balto Statue where Arrow usually hung out. "Arrow!" Dove barked out as Tyson looked to her. "Dove not so loud he could be asleep." Tyson bark not liking this plan very much as he knew he was the one going to get it. "Oh don't be such a worry wart Arrow is one of us." Dove told Tyson as she spots the dachshund.

The black dachshund also spots them as he gets up and stretch, "Pups what are you doing here! Aren't you supposed to be with Thorn." Arrow questions as Tyson nods, "We were, but Dove decided it was a good idea to drag me over here for we could ask  you something." Tyson grumbles out as Arrow looks at the two with slight amusement, "And what is that whippersnappers." Arrow asks wagging his tail furiously.

"Mr. Arrow do you think you know what Thorn would like for mother's day." Dove asks as Arrow thinks for a second, "I'm guessing Dove wants give Thorn more than just flowers." Arrow whispered Tyson who nods. "Yeah she does." Tyson says as Arrow says, "How about we hunt her something nice." Arrow suggest as Dove lights up, "Perfect but what we only have mice." Dove asks as both Arrow and Tyson laugh, "You know there is a lot of other animals to hunt right?" The two ask in unison as Dove shook her head.

Both dogs chuckle before Arrow motion to a flat piece of land, "That is my hunting ground I have some gophers and groundhogs  which have fleshier meat. If we work together we can catch one." Arrow says as Tyson quickly nods following Arrow as Dove does the same. "Okay so to hunt groundhogs you have to be swift and be able to make the move once or your not going to get another. chance." Arrow explains as both nods . "Alright let do this!" Dove barks excitedly

After a half hour of hunting they had finally managed to catch a groundhog  and they sigh dragging it over to a shady area. "Boy that was tiring." Dove told the other two who nods. "Yeah it was now what do you say about bringing this to Thorn pups." Arrow asks as Dove nods, but Tyson shakes his head, "You two go ahead, Dove can you tell Thorn to meet me at the flowers she'll know what I mean."  Tyson tell Dove and Arrow who look at him in confusion but nod, "Alright I will. You know the rules be back before dark unless Thorn says otherwise." Dove says as Tyson rolls his eyes but nod, " I will don't worry just get the message to Thorn."  Tyson barks out before running into one of the storm drains.

Tyson sighs in relief as he continued through the drain the smell of fresh just blooming flowers hitting his nose. "I forgot just how great this place smelled." Tyson told himself as he came out of the vent seeing the beautiful flowers surroundings a nice mossy area their hideout.

Tyson immediately started getting their nook in tip top shape as he knows exactly what he wants to do tonight as he knew Thorn use to love spending the night there just looking at the stars, and taking in the beauty around her. Tyson missed his time alone with Thorn and tonight he was planning to make it just them enjoying the night and being alone together.

"Oh wow this is beautiful." Thorn says walking through the green grass heading towards the blooming flowers Dove had told her earlier that Tyson wanted her to meet at their secret place. And Thorn would never get how this place was so beautiful. She looked around as the orange gold sun rays come in through the thicket of flowers as she looks at  the moss floor noticing Tyson. "Thorn you're here."

He says happily as Thorn smiled, "Of course I am I wouldn't miss spending time with you. Especially in this beautiful place what you got planned for us pup?" Thorn asks as Tyson smiles. I was just wanting it to be like old times before the pack. Just you and me here enjoying ourselves eating great food and enjoying pointing out the stars until we fall asleep." Tyson explains making Thorn smile as she wags her red tail. "I like that idea pup it has been forever, also thanks for helping Dove hunt that amazing ground hog I ate some of it, but the rest of the pack will be able to enjoy it too."

Thorn told Tyson who nods, "That was all Arrow, but no problem now what do you say about some honeysuckle there is plenty around." Tyson suggested as Thorn nods, "Sounds great pup. Let's enjoy the rest of this mother's day just you and me." Thorn says curling up with Tyson enjoying the sunset with her first pup.
