An Unplanned Vacation prt 9

"Wow look at all the little Disney  toys!" Elena says as Lily and Georgie come behind them. She also looked at the assortment of toys and sighs as she looks at the excited kids. 

She looked at the price tags as saying nine dollars for beanies she could get for like five at a Walmart at home, but they would most likely only be here once. "You can get one each!" Georgie says as the children's smile as they each grab one Georgie just pulls put her wallet paying for the stuffed animals.

She then looks to the kids, "Alright guys what do you want to ride now?" Georgie asks, hoping so much that it wouldn't be the Small World ride as it was the most annoying ride of them all, and Georgie had already been on it twice within a few hours.

"The magic carpet one!" Elena and her friends call out as Georgie nods. Taking Mal's hand, and grabbing her two dogs' leashes. She then looked at Lily who didn't look too thrilled about going on a little kid's ride with four young kids. Georgie just chuckles quietly, quickly noting the death glare Lily was giving to her.

"Come on Lily we better this was your idea." Georgie remembered as Lily rolled her eyes, but quickly walked over before walking in stride with her best friend as she wasn't going to let four kids ruin her week with Georgie. They walk in silence for a few minutes before Lily bumps her shoulder into Georgie.  Georgie looks over to her best friend. "What?"

"Isn't Florida beautiful?" Lily asks as Georgie just looks at her in confusion. This place wasn't what she would call beautiful, at least not this part of it. It was like a swamp and Georgie didn't really like the wetness of it. 

"Not really, I'd rather be in less of a swampy area." Georgie says as Lily laughs, Georgie loves adventures, but she definitely didn't like the swampy area as she was either used to a desert or somewhere like New York that was just about the right temperature. It wasn't a surprise to Lily as she knew everything about Georgie, but she really hoped Georgie would enjoy Florida.

"I'd figure that, you know, New York changed you, you're even less adventurous and wild then you used to be. We need to change that!" Lily says as Georgie rolls her eyes. She hadn't been much of a nature person in the first place; the only reason she started riding witha horse, and camping and stuff is because Lily made her. She didn't mind, but when she wasn't alone and had time off she would rather just stay inside.

"That's because you made me be adventurous if I hadn't gone with you. You would have hurt yourself even worse than you did." Georgie says playfully but also seriously as she probably wasn't wrong.  She then looks in front of her watching the kids. She really wished they didn't have to come with her she would have loved just being able to hang out with Lily, and although she loved the kids and hanging out at Disney world she would prefer being closer to the beach then the swamp.

That's when they made it to the  line for the ride they wanted. This made both young adults groan. This would take a while, "Might as well catch up while we wait. So have you met anyone you like yet Georgie just groans as she rolls her eyes. Why was any conversation with Lily led with that question? She knew Lily was just messing with her, but seriously she was very happy with her family at the moment she didn't need anyone else.

"Seriously Lil not in front of the kids!" Georgie says jabbing Lily with her elbow as Lily just laughs. Georgie once again looked down at the kids who were closer to the ride now, but still in her sight. So she turns back to Lily.

"Come on G! You know I'm just messin 'with you. Anyways, how is your makeup job?" Lily asks as Georgie smiles as she loves her job at Broadway. It was pretty long nights especially on the double feature days, but it was definitely less stressful. Then some of the other makeup jobs she had during her life.

"It's going well, it's not as crazy as the Cinderella play or helping out Mrs. Winthrop. Which is nice. Now come on, we're next and these kids won't be able to wait." Georgie says as Lily sighs as she really didn't like heights.

" I'm going to sit out on this one and take care of the pups" Lily says nervously as Georgie chuckles. She knew Georgie hated heights; she was scared of them ever since they were kids so she figured Lily wouldn't want to ride this ride. Thankfully most of the kids were allowed to go on the ride alone. She just had to ride with Mal. 

"Alright, but you get to take the kids on the next ride." Georgie says as Lily nods, she would gladly take them on the next time as long as she didn't have to go on the flying ride. 

"Deals just don't make me fly." Lily says as Georgie nods her head knowing her friend would never want to go on the flying although it was pretty fun, but she had her reasons just like Georgie had hers for hating snakes. 

 "Alright we'll be back." Georgie says handing her dogs leashes to Lily before getting on the ride with Mal.

"Alright, Lily that ride is done. Kids, what ride do you want to go on next?" Georgie asked with a smirk because Mal had told her which ride she wanted to go on. She knew she would have to go on it too because she felt uncomfortable leaving the kids her best friend, especially Mal. She didn't want to have a mad Evie and her sisters on her hands because Mal got hurt for some reason thankfully she had grabbed her headphones this time she had also brought some for Lily, but she wasn't going to tell her that quite yet.

"It's a small world!" The four excited kids call out as Lily looks in confusion. What was so bad about that that Georgie would be smirking? Yes, it was on the other side of Disney world. She didn't mind though as she liked walking. Although she didn't know what she was getting herself into.

"I hate you!" Lily says looking at Georgie after getting  off the ride after riding it the third time. It hadn't been a row and they had went to different rides, in between, but still that ride was the most annoying. It was getting a bit dark now and Georgie laughs at Lily's reaction. It was exactly the same way Georgie thought of it. Georgie then  sighs looking at her phone. It was around 7 in the evening and they hadn't ate dinner yet. They had a late lunch, but they should probably be getting back to the hotel now.

"Alright kids let's go home for the night!"Georgie calls out as Lily nods the kids just groan. 

"Can we please ride one more ride?" Elena asks as Georgie shakes her head no. She was tired, and hungry now it was time to leave. "Come on guys it's getting late. I promise we'll start early tomorrow, but right now let's go." Georgie says as the kids sigh but follow Georgie and Lily.
