I pulled her arms away from my body and held her face, looking around for where she hit herself.

"Where does it hurt baby?" I asked her, not seeing any physical marks on her face.

"Here." She whimpered as she pointed to her hand she had cut. "And here." She said again, pointing to the side of her hair.

"Here?" I said hovering my finger over where she said, she quickly flinched and pulled her head away.

"Please don't touch it." She cried.

"No princess. I won't touch it, I promise." I said to her. "Let's get your hand sorted first then." I said as I got out the first aid kit.

I took out the bandages and rubbing alcohol wipes. I didn't want to have to use those because it's going to sting her, but I know it's for her own good. I took her hand in mine, being careful not to touch the cut.

"Princess, I'm going to have to use a few wipes okay? It might sting a little, and if it does, just grab my arm. Is that okay?" I asked her. She looked up at me with tears still streaming down her face, and nodded.

My grip on her wrist tightened ever so slightly, knowing that as soon as she feels the sting she's going to want to pull her hand away. After I had got the wipe out of the packet, I put it on her hand. She squealed from the pain, and just like I had suspected, she tried to rip her hand from my grip. When she realised my grip was a little bit stronger than her force, she tried to pry my other hand off of her.

"Ow, daddy that hurts. Take it off." She cried.

"I know baby. I know it hurts, but it's just a little bit longer. This is going to make sure it doesn't get infected." I whispered to her, trying to calm her down.

She whimpered and rested her head against my shoulder. After I had let the wipe sit on her hand so she could get used to the sensation, I applied a little bit of pressure and wiped it. She started to cry a little more, but didn't protest it.

"You want the princess band aids?" I asked I pulled the box closer to me.

"Pirate." She mumbled.

"What was that?" I couldn't quite hear her due to her head still being in my shoulder.

"Pirate ones." She said a little clearer.

"Okay, you can have the pirate ones." I said as I got out a pirate band aid, the same size as the princess ones.

The cut wasn't deep so I doubt she'd have to get stitches, it's a surface wound and should just heal naturally. I placed the band aid over her hand and rested it on her lap.

"There we go princess, one hand good as new." I smiled as I tickled her sides a little bit to get her to giggle. Which she didn't. "Why you so sad princess?" I asked in a baby voice as I lifted her head up lightly by her chin.

"My head hurts." She whimpered.

"Awh, my poor little baby." I said in a soft voice as she wrapped her arms around me. "I know what will make you smile." I whispered to her as I kissed the side of her head that didn't hurt.

"What?" She said in a babyish tone.

"Has my little princess eaten dinner?" I asked her to make sure.

"Neve gave me chicken nuggies in the shape of stars." She explained.

"Okay then. How about we have some ice cream to help your boo boos?" I asked her as I pulled away slightly to see her face brighten up.

"Can we have princess sprinkles?" She beamed as I walked to the freezer after getting out two bowls.

"Of course we can have princess sprinkles." I said a she cheered and laughed.

After we had finished our ice cream, which we ate on the sofa, Leela insisted that we watch Tangled and both of the frozen films. To help her 'get better.'

Tangled had just finished playing for the second time, her having decided that she wasn't tired after all three films had played through once. She was sat on my lap and cuddled up against my chest. I chuckled lowly when I looked down and saw her eyes closed and her breathing completely evened out. I had already knew that it was just going to be me watching the majority of Tangled the second time, because although she claimed she wasn't tired, she definitely was.

I wrapped my arms around her tiny body, and picked her up. I carried her all the way up to her room, and carefully placed her down on her bed.

"Night night daddy." She whispered, waking herself up slightly before falling straight back under.

"Good night princess." I whispered back to her as I walked out of the room, after turning her night light on.

I had cleaned the glass up earlier in between her finishing her ice cream and her choosing the film she wanted to watch.

I sighed as I walked up the stairs to his front door. After a few hours of cooling and calming down, I realised that I had over reacted, and that he was just trying to care for his unborn child.

When I walked in the door, I didn't see him, or Leela, but I did hear footsteps walking around upstairs, so he's probably putting her to bed. I laughed to myself as I walked further into the house to see Tangled finishing on the tv and two empty bowls of what I'm assuming was ice cream, due to the residue.

I walked over and picked the bowls up, stacking them on top of each other and putting both spoons in the top one. I took the bowls into the kitchen, but halted when I saw the first aid kit out. I was confused, but proceeded to put the bowls in the dishwasher. I then picked up all the empty wrappers from the first aid kit, and put them in the trash. I also put the first aid kit back in the cupboard I knew it belonged in.

After I had fed the dogs and shit the door to their play pen, I started to make my way upstairs and into my room.
