(Jordan-20//Leela-24) [neither live with Jaden and Roxy anymore]
Roxy pov
It was almost two months ago that Jordan had moved out, and everything just feels different. The house is very quiet now it's just Jaden and I. It's been so deathly silent and we aren't used to it.
"I just want to hear them screaming at each other again." Jaden whined as he lifted his head from my chest.
"Jaden, they are literally going to be here in an hour, calm your tits. I'm sure they'll find something to argue about within the first five minutes of pulling up at the gates." I laughed as he groaned and dropped his head back into my chest.
"But that soo long." He exaggerated.
"You're being dramatic." I playfully rolled my eyes at him.
"You know, I remember saying something along those lines a few years ago and you fucking whacked me for it." He said nonchalantly as he looked at me.
"And you fucking deserved it. Because I was in the middle of giving birth you asshole." I laughed as I lightly hit the back of his head.
"Ha, you owe me fifty dollars, mom hit him." We heard Jordan laugh as she pointed to Leela.
"Mom, come on. Can you not be violent with him for just one whole time? I just lost fifty bucks." Leela playfully whined as she handed Jordan the money.
"It's nice to know you care more about losing money than me Leela." Jaden scoffed as he stood up.
"You know I care about you. But you don't pay my bills." She shrugged as she wrapped her arms around him.
"You don't pay your bills either. Skylar does." He argued.
"Not the point dad." She the defended.
They were all staying over for a little bit. Leela and Skylar in Leela's room and Jordan and Nathan in Jordan's room. Jaden wasn't too happy about that one and was very ready to have Nathan sleep in the guest room.
"Hi mom." Jordan said as she walked past her sister and dad bickering.
"Hello my baby. How you been?" I asked her.
"I've been good. We've really settled in now and everything is running smoothly." She said as she nodded with what she was saying.
She pursed her lips together, which is something she normally does when she's hiding something. She tried to walk away, knowing she had been found out but I stopped her.
"What secrets are you keeping Jord?" I asked her as she looked at me.
"I'm not keeping any secrets." She lied.
"Jordan." I said in a sterner voice.
"You'll find out with time. I want to tell everyone together." She laughed.
"But I'm your mommy, I want to know now." I playfully whined as she laughed and walked off to Jaden.
They all went upstairs to get settled in. But Jordan quickly came back down laughing.
"Dad, what the fuck?" She laughed as she walked into the kitchen.
"What did you do?" I asked him as he looked at me.
"Nothing." He defended.
"Liar. He put a built a wall of bricks between the two sides of the bed." Jordan laughed as she turned to me.
"Jaden."
"I was practicing my construction work." He joked.
"You better not have used fucking cement." I threatened.
"No, it wouldn't be delivered in time and I was too lazy to go out and buy some." He mumbled.
Jordan laughed again and walked out of the room, shaking her head playfully.
"You do realise that they share a bed in their own home right?" I said as he looked at me.
"I told her she was forbidden." He argued.
"When have you ever known Jordan to follow your rules." I pointed out.
They all stayed upstairs until the dinner was ready. We called them down and they were all seated next to their partner. Despite Jaden trying to separate Jordan and Nathan.
"No. Behave." I said as I slapped his hand away from the plates.
"Fine." He groaned as he walked into the kitchen to get the wine glasses.
We were all sat down at the table, eating the food and drinking wine, except for Jordan who asked for water. That automatically made me suspicious of her, and sort of glad that Jaden didn't really put two and two together. Jordan stood up and got all of our attention.
"Guys, we have something to tell you." She smiled as she pulled Nathan to stand up with her.
"I'm not liking where this is going." Jaden mumbled to me.
"Shut up." I mumbled back. "Go ahead baby." I said as Jordan nodded.
"We're gonna have a baby." She smiled as she held out a picture of a little scan.
"Oh my god. My baby sister is pregnant." Leela squealed as she stood up and ran over to her.
They both hugged and looked so happy. I saw Nathan looking a little scared which caused me to turn my head and look at Jaden. Not to my surprise he was looking at Nathan with one of the nastiest looks I've ever seen him make.
"Come on Jaden. If you can't be happy for him, than at least be happy for her." I said as I grabbed his chin to get him to look at me.
I knew it wasn't even for the fact that he didn't like Nathan. He actually got on pretty well with him. I think it's more so the fact that he doesn't want to admit that Jordan has grown up.
"Give me a minute." He mumbled before getting up and walking outside into the garden.
"I knew he wouldn't like that." Jordan said as she turned to me.
"Don't worry about him. You can tell he's really excited for it, he just doesn't want to see his baby girl all grown up." I assured as I brought her and Nathan into a hug.
"Why me? He didn't do this when Leela said Skylar was pregnant." She argued.
"Because baby Jordan, you are the youngest daughter. That automatically puts you in daddy dearests favourite book, and nothing you ever do will take you out of it." Leela answered.
"Exactly. You're his youngest, when he admits that you don't need him to protect you or keep you safe anymore, also means that he's admitting he's old and that his job is done." I laughed.
"I am not old, and my job of protecting my daughters will never be over." He argued as he opened the sliding doors. "Congratulations my little nugget." He smiled as he walked over and hugged Jordan.
