Ch.327 Fathers' Day

Killian was at the pediatric ward oncology floor overnight with Leia in her chemotherapy treatment. Her hair was beginning to lessen from her chemotherapy treatment. Emma was at home sleeping with Hope, Ian, and Henry. She was with Leia most of the day. Killian was working at the sheriff's station and home with the little pirates during the day time. He missed Leia all day.

Leia wakes up. "Daddy?"

"Yes, baby love?"

"We go home?"

"We will go home in the morning, baby love."

"Can we play on Jolly Woger?"

"Yes. I can make whatever you want from my pub menu."

"Macawoni and cheese."

"I can me that for you t home"

"I like broccoli with my macaroni and cheese."

"I will add that in my macaroni and cheese."

She yawns. "Can we play tomorrow?"

"Yes, we can play in the backyard with your fairy houses."

"Yes! Can you sing?"

"Daddy's little Leia paints the world with her magic wand, Daddy's little pirate breathes new life to the morning time for me, When I come home from work, Leia smiles with the dawn,Leia smiles, and she radiates the glow around her halo, When she plays, Leia smiles in the ocean a summer day, Leia smiles, A new day..." He looked down to Leia fast asleep gripping his tee-shirt. "I love you so much, Leia." He kissed her on the head.

Allison drops by, she was on call. "Hi, Killian."

"Hi, Allison."

"How is my goddaughter?"

"She just fell back to sleep. She has no appetite."

"She will have an appetite in the morning when she stops her treatment."

"I do not like seeing my daughter in pain." He sighs. "Her hair is gone."

"Her hair will grow back soon. Emma went home?"

"Yes, I am here for night shift. Emma is home with Hope and Ian. She needs her rest too."

"Leia is happy to be with her Daddy. I will come back later." Allison leaves the room.

Back at the Swan-Jones house, Emma cleaned up the living room after Hope and Ian were put to bed. She was getting updates from Killian from text, she only received calls if there was an emergency. She and Henry were wrapping father's day presents for Killian. "How was Leia today?"

"She was upset at first with the needle. She is tired most of the time. She has no appetite. Her hair is gone...."

Henry hugged his Mom."Her hair will grow back, Mom."

"Yeah..."

Hope arrives downstairs, "Mommy."

"Come here, sweetie," Hope enters the living room. She hugs her daughter, "why are you up?"

"I want Leia home. I miss my sister.."

Emma hugs her daughter. "Leia is coming home in the morning with daddy, sweetie."

"Little sis, you can help us wrap Dad's presents. He will open them when he brings Leia home."

"Okay." She helps her mommy wrap presents.

"Hope, time to go back to bed."

"No."

"Yes." She carried her daughter to her bedroom. They see Ian fast asleep in Hope's bed. "Hope, you look like you have a baby pirate."
