Secret mission - Uchiha Heirloom

Well I didn't expect to set a date plan with Tenten , since when did that happen ?! I just started talking and then I made monthly date plans , wow what a smooth talker I am .

I continued walking until I reached the Uchiha clan estate ,wow it's still here ? I haven't been here in so long .....I pushed the doors open and walked the empty streets , the buildings were covered with dirt , dust and even some of the wood was warped by all the rain , no one was here to look after it so nature took over . I continued walking the quiet streets and reached the main house . Memories started flowing back ...

Flashback

"Sasuke , Indra ! It's time for lunch " mother called . Sasuke and I rushed home playfully shoving one another , ducking and diving passed our relatives and clan members who watched us with cheerful smiles .
As we arrived , our father stood outside talking to our big brother Itachi , fathers face as usual was stern as though he just lectured Itachi . Itachi's serious expression twisted to joy when he spotted us , fathers expression softened when he saw Itachi welcome us .

Mother emerged from the house " come now before your lunch gets cold " we all entered , Sasuke and I first followed by itachi and father . We sat at the dinner table as mother dished up , Sasuke chatted openly mostly to mother , I pitched in now and again but Itachi and Father merely watched us . I guess two young Uchiha's excited about training , telling training stories , seemed to make them happy .

End of flashback

I walked in , seeing ghosts of our younger selves running down the halls . I walked to the main family room and opened the doors , seeing ghosts of my parents talking happily . I looked around and caressed the tapestry that held the Uchiha Crest proudly , a sad smile making its way onto my face . I glanced down at the katana with its case shrouded in a blue cloth wrapped with gold ropes , it laid on a wooden ornament below the tapestry . The Uchiha blade ... the one I tried to use that night against Itachi ....it's supposed to go to the first born son of the Uchiha but Itachi disregarded that privilege when he slaughtered them all and sasuke has his own sword....it's falls to me . I grabbed the sword and pulled it off the ornament and opened the blue cloth , then pulled the sword out . It was still in remarkable shape for a 100 year old blade but then again , it wasn't used much in battle . Not until now . I put the sword back in its cover then wrapped the sword up in the cloth .

I heard a noise outside , I quickly hid in the shadows and to my surprise it was just a cat , but how did a cat get in here ? The cat sensed me and jumped back , I stepped out the shadows and crouched " don't worry little buddy , I won't harm you ..." I dug in my sleeves and found some food I carry around , I then put some down . The food I carry was actually safe for cats to eat .

The cat was cautious but after sniffing it , it realised it was safe and began to eat it . The cat seemed happy and came closer rubbing itself against my leg , I pet it for a bit then stood " okay well I'll be back next month , hope I'll see you again " the cat responded with a meow . I smiled and held the sword tightly , I left the estate with a heavy heart .

I reached the hokage office and entered without any guards standing around it . This is suspicious isn't it ? Why aren't there any guards or is this a normal thing ? I turned the corner and crashed into someone again but this was more bouncy , what was that ?! I looked up and I froze are you kidding me ?! What the hell ?! It's Tsunade !!

She eyed me suspiciously " who are you ?" Crap this is not what I planned , I need to use my forged papers . " I'm a travelling merchant "

"Really , what do you sell ?"

" kimono's and traditional wear , my boss asked me to get a sales permit here in Konoha "

Tsunade nodded " I see , papers ?"

I dig in my sleeve and handed her the documents,  she eyed it and studied it . With a sigh she returned it " well speak to my second Sizune, she is in my office . I'm sure she will help you with the shop " I nodded " thank you very much Lady Hokage " she didn't say anything else and walked passed me .

That was a close one , least I used my brain . Based on how I'm dressed I had to have a proper excuse and what else could someone like me sell ? Flowers ? Nope Ino's family sells flowers so that's a bust if I tried . I will actually need to get a real permitt as to not raise suspicion everytime I come visit , and hire a actual worker for the shop...why does it feel like I opened a real business ??
