Caught in a LIE ( Naruto Fanfiction )

I missed the war !?

Looking around I was so confused , what the hell did I miss ?I noticed Sasuke and Naruto...both missing an arm!? Why does Sasuke have a rinnegan? Since when did Sakura receive the 100 healing mark ? How the hell does Kakashi have a new eye ?!?!

I couldn't speak , no words could form. I just looked around trying to understand and contemplate what events I've missed .

Sasuke walked up to me " where were you ?" His tone was concerned laced with annoyance , I groaned "it'll take some explaining ...first fill me in , what the hell happened?"

Naruto smiled "we won!"

"Won ? Won what ?"

Naruto's smile dropped " eh you didn't know about the war ?"

I face palmed "obviously "

Sasuke sighed " The remaining members of Akatsuki started a war and reincarnated Madara Uchiha and raised the ten tails . All five nations fought against them , after a long battle Madara turned into Kaguya and we sealed her away . Afterwards Naruto and I fought "

Well that's keeping things short but thankfully I'm a genius " I see ...you lost huh ?" Sasuke immediately scorned " and you were ?"

I dusted my sleeve "Oh my EMS surprise surprise,  can send me into different time lines "

"What ?"

"Oh I was in the past , it was accidental but I time traveled "

"Is that even possible ?" Sakura asked Kakashi,  I rubbed my forehead " well since I did it , yes "

Sasuke watched me with a frown , probably wondering if I did anything to affect the time line , I looked around " so did everyone make it out okay ?"Naruto's gaze fell "Neji...didn't "

Neji died ? Why , he was so powerful!

Wasn't Neji in Tenten's team ? My heart began to race , oh please let her be okay .

" Indra !"I turned to the source of the voice to find Kiba running up to me , he stopped a few inches from me , he first frowned with a glare then he gulped and suddenly embraced me "I thought you were dead man !" He began sobbing . I awkwardly pat his arm " you think I'd die so easily ?"

Kiba broke the embrace "no , I guess not ..."he then sniffed and suddenly shouted " ...when were you going to tell me that you were dating Tenten?! I thought we were bro's man !"

I laughed " when did you find out ?" Kiba frowned "the girls...obviously "

" Indra!" A familiar voice called out , as I turned I was tackled to the ground by Tenten , she sat up and sniffed . I smiled " I'm glad you are oka--" Tenten did not care about the people around us , she did not care for her exhaustion or her pain . She grabbed my collar and pulled me closer before ending my sentence with a kiss , she broke the kiss and looked me dead in the eyes "if you ever do that again , I will kill you!"

Not like she could but her tone was very convincing so all I could whiper was " sure.." Tenten kissed me again , Kiba avoided gaze and covered his mouth blushing "get a room you two "

The next few days were mostly rebuilding , recovering and adjusting.  Kakashi was appointed the next hokage , Naruto was getting a new arm grown from Hashirama's cells , Sasuke was confined for his crimes but he made a secret plea to make amends by working for the Leaf village . Tenten and I moved into an apartment together,  of course we were teased for being so "lovey dovey " but we didn't care , we were happy .

Next chapter will be concerning the Sasuke story where he fights another with a visual kekkai genkai that was in the anime . Yes Indra will be part of it .
