TWO WHOLE WEEKS. That was how long Nayara had spend at Kent farm. Two whole weeks without any disturbance. It stressed her to the core. The nightmares were getting worse. The voice of the Queen Sapphire calling her name, telling her about the powers that could be hers only if she chooses them. The key part was choosing them, which is why Nayara had decided to avoid that ring for good. The queen has to get tired of waiting at some point, right?

The brunette sat outside during one of her breaks. It was a less busy day, and now it was her time to finally think or at least try to. She needed to think of a strategy against Sharon Carter. She needed to restore order to DC and bring her back to Marvel before she created even more chaos than needed. It was her responsibility after all.

Her thought was broken by Conner who stopped in front of her with a cup of coffee. Nayara looked up to him. "Good morning." She said to him. There were bags under her eyes. The nightmares had gotten worse. However Peter had called her every single day to check up on her, which just made her harder for her to think of a way to sent him back. Barry had called her the other day, telling her that Peter refuses to leave without her. Even now that they were not exactly dating, he still wouldn't leave her.

Nayara rested her head against the back of the front porch. She drank the coffee silently. "Are you alright?" Conner asked her.

"I am just tired." Nayara informed him.

"I can take over the work." Conner said to her.

"I wouldn't want Martha to think I am lazy." Nayara joked with him.

Nayara then heard the sound of something breaking. The brunette stood up quickly and walked to the front with Conner by her side. In front of the house were a set of young male adults, all around her age. One of them saw her and whistled at her.

The brunette put down her cup and looked at them. Next to their feet was the Kent mailbox. Nayara looked the one who had whistled at her. He had a bat on his hand. "What do you think you are doing vandalizing some else's house?" Nayara said to them with a slight glare. Her voice leaving out all softness she sometimes carried with her.

The guy who had whistled at her smirked. "Legend says this house is haunted." He said. Nayara clenched her fist trying to contain her indignation.

Conner stepped up behind her. "If it's haunted why destroy it? You don't want to be haunted by a ghost." Conner said to him. Nayara let out a small laugh at Conner's point, which was true.

The guy got annoyed at the laugh. Nayara walked to the boy standing right on his face. "You either walk away, or I am calling the cops. This is vandalized." Nayara told him.

He waved the baseball bat on his hand. "Well, I don't think you want to fight with me." The boy said to her. Nayara put her hand out, stopping Conner from interring further. The brunette let a small laugh shaking her head.

Nayara tried to keep her calm, fully knowing she couldn't draw attention to herself. Then she saw him walked to the front porch and hit the windows with his bat. "What you going to do it about it baby." He said. There were other two mocking her. Nayara was very tempted to break his own car but then she thought of a better way.

She walked to him, smiling slightly at him. "Nothing. I mean, it's just a silly job I have here anyways." Nayara told him sweetly. Then she sent him a cheeky smile. "You are making me a favor. I tend to reward people who make me favors." She added sending him a wink.

The guy seemed to fall right on her trap. Nayara pressed a hand to his chest. "So what's the name of the sweet man who I owe the favor?" Nayara said to him. He smiled at her. "You tell me your name and I might consider a prize." She added before leaning towards him. The guy was breathless.
