In which Sun and Moon finally get a glimpse at the darker belly of the facility they've joined the ranks of, and they find it deeply dismaying. More dismaying is how the rules of the Snake Pit go against every line of their programming. How are they going to handle that?... (Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach crossover. Takes place after the V.I.P. Ending.)

"So, that's what they call this place. The Snake Pit... How fitting when something venomous lurks within plain sight," Moon growls lowly as Ashtem leaves the training room, the doors slamming shut behind him with a sense of finality that brings nothing but relief.

"You okay, Sun?" Gold Eye whispers.

I turn back to him and nod, whispering. "I'm fine, it's just... Ashtem kind of scares me. And Moon was a little too talkative for when we first got here, but thankfully he's himself again."

"That's good. And yeah, you're not alone. Ashtem gives everyone the creeps."

"Moon is okay?" Silver Eye asks quietly, and when I nod, he lets out a soft breath. "Thank goodness. And- and Moon, if you can hear me, I'm so sorry for last night."

"I'm not mad, honest. And he has to let it go so it doesn't cloud his judgement in the future."

"Moondrop isn't upset, I promise you. And he asked that you stop beating yourself up for it- it will only make things in the future harder if you do."

He pauses, briefly taken aback before managing a small, relieved smile. "Good point. Thanks, you two."

I smile in return, then I glance at the rest of the Masked Bladers out of my peripherals. They all stand in a line, Yellow Eye back with them, watching us quietly.

"Oof, forgot about them for a moment," Gold Eye mutters, beckoning me and Silver Eye to follow him over. When we stand directly before them, he says, "Well, Sun knows we base our aliases on eye colors, but if you want you can still introduce yourselves."

"Sure thing!" Yellow Eye steps forward and flexes his muscles with a grin. "You can call me Yellow Eye! The best Blader in this joint, and the best color!"

"I won't argue the color bit, since gold is just a darker yellow, but the best Blader? Really? I could beat your ass in five seconds flat," Gold Eye huffs, clearly unimpressed. Yellow Eye glares at him.

"Alright, then you wanna put your money where your mouth is?"

"Hell yeah, I'm always down to give you an ego check!"

"Ah-ah-aaah!" I interrupt as they start bowing up to each other, wagging my finger at Gold Eye. "Not with that bad shoulder, you're not!"

"Ugh, I keep forgetting about that," He mutters, and as the others begin to pipe up he interrupts, "It's fine, I'm taking it easy until it heals."

"Yep! Rest makes one the very best, as they say!"

"A good saying to remember," Gray Eye remarks, addressing me with a small smile, "I'm Gray Eye. Again, sorry about earlier. I just didn't want anyone making any hasty decisions that weren't in your best interest."

"No worries about it, friend! I understand completely, and I appreciate your concern!"

"Uh, um, it's nice to meet you, Sun!" Blue Eye pipes up, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "I'm Azure Eye."

Now that sounds right! Much better than Blue Eye. "It's nice to meet you, too, Azure Eye! It's nice to meet all of you, really!"

"Sun, hey, Sun!" Violet Eye calls, and I turn to him with a patient smile.
