This Is Canon

In which there was a grave, pitiful error in the canon universe, and it's the Phantom of the Multiverse's job to correct it. (Okay, I hated how episode 15 of Rise went so I'm going to write my own ending.)

Dante: "How are we going to stop Arthur Peregrine, Aiger? He's so powerful..."

Aiger: "We just have to keep at it. Training day and night, fighting to grow stronger so we can challenge him to a rematch."

Dante: "And then we can stop him from destroying Beyblade as we know it, right?"

Delta: "Hmph. As if it would be that easy."

???: "Not to sound proud or big-headed... But I think it will be."

All: "I know that voice!"

The trio turn to the source, gasping in shock. "Shu Kurenai?!"

Dante: "Hi, Shu!"

Aiger: "Wait, you know him?"

Dante: "Well, duh! He's Valt's best friend, and he visits BC Sol all the time!"

Delta: "How do you know him, Aiger?"

Aiger: "Shu is the one who taught me the true meaning of Beyblade. What's all about, and how to find my own style of Blading!"

Dante and Delta: "What?!"

Delta: "But Shu isn't a-"

Shu: "Actually, I am. I've fallen out of the limelight during the age of Gamma Beys because I wanted to spend more time training my pupils in private."

Aiger: "Shu is the owner of the Raging Bulls, too! And he's Valt's greatest rival!"

Delta: "But all this time, I've never even heard you talk about your Bey!"

Shu: "That's very true. Valt and I never talked much about Spryzen because we usually got sidetracked."

Dante: "So... Spryzen is your Bey?"

Shu: "Yes." -Reaches into his coat pocket, pulling it out- "I haven't evolved it since the Turbo age, but that's going to come in handy during my match. This is my Legacy Spryzen."

Aiger: "Whoaaah, check out the level chip! It's a beauty!"

Shu: -Smiles-

Dante: "It's... So... COOL! Can we battle?!"

Delta: "Hang on, "during your match," you say? You intend to face off against Arthur Peregrine? And how will you have any more luck than the World Champion?"

Shu: "I do. And to answer your other question, a lot of my luck will lay in Spryzen's Turbo Awakening."

Delta: "That's right. The blades come out, and the Bey becomes impossible to Burst without pushing the wings back into the Bey."

Shu: "Training with my Raging Bulls has helped keep my skills sharp. And a few times, I've traveled or been visited to privately battle plenty of my friends and rivals."

Dante: "Who?..."

Shu: "Valt himself, for starters, alongside Free De La Hoya. Lui Shirosagi, Phi and Hyde, Kurt Baratier, Aiger here, Xander Shakadera, Silas Karlisle, Xavier Bogard, Laban Vanot, Fubuki Sumiye- I've even battled two of the Risen Three."

Delta: "Pheng Hope and... Blindt Devoy."

Shu: "That's right. And I have something Aiger doesn't."

Aiger: "Huh?"

Delta: "Oh, yeah? What's that?"

Shu: "Balanced light and darkness. I decided a long time ago I would walk the road to dawn, but I never forget that we wouldn't know dawn without the night. Everyone has light, and everyone has darkness."
