In which Kristina and Valt can see that the ultimate Blader is not unbreakable, and that they desperately need to help him before he can hurt himself. When Theodore Glass is out of the way, Kristina takes things into her own hands.

I didn't notice it before I watched him battle Valt, but Red Eye is not well.
On the screen, I could see his face. His skin looked like ash, and his eyes looked dead and tired. His uniform looked messy, and so did his hair. He didn't look like he's been taken care of at all...
After Valt had gotten back on his feet- after Red Eye had destroyed Valtryek's spin track- he came to me and said, "Kris, Shu needs help."
Red Eye isn't a friend of mine, he's not even one of BC Sol's Bladers, but he is Valt and Rantaro's friend. They care about him very deeply, and I personally can't stand to watch Red Eye deteriorate this way.
So I decided to investigate...
"Trad?"
He startles a little, turning to me and smiling. "Kristina, you surprised me." I smile a little in return as he steps closer.
"How have you been?" I ask, wanting to ease into this calmly.
"I've been doing well." He answers, nodding a little. "I must admit I miss being with BC Sol, but the change has been good for me."
"I understand. I'm just glad you're happy."
"How have you been, Kris?"
"Oh, I've been doing just as well." I reply, beginning to frown. "But I'm worried about Valt's friend, Red Eye."
Trad frowns too, sighing. "I can understand why. Every time I see him, he looks worse than the last."
"Aren't you coaching him?"
"No. Mr. Glass insisted I focus on assisting Joshua Burns... He said that Red Eye was his responsibility- and I must admit, I'm leery about getting too close to him in the first place. That gang always following Kurt around confronted him once, looking for revenge... And when they were seen next, all of them were clawed up up and horribly bruised."
I gasp softly. "Wh... How is that possible?"
He just shakes his head. "I'm not certain myself... All I know for certain is that he's incredibly dangerous. It's kind of you to worry, but you should focus on keeping your own Bladers safe."
"I will be vigilant for danger... But I can't forget about Red Eye. It wouldn't be right."
Trad sighs softly, closing his eyes. "Well... I can't stop you, but I can wish you good luck. Hopefully you can get through to him."
"Thank you, Trad. Could you possibly tell me what room he trains in?"
"I can't, sorry." He frowns, looking back to me and shrugging. "I don't know it."
"I understand. It was nice talking to you." I smile and step closer, pulling him into a hug. "Remember not to overwork yourself."
"Same to you, Kris. And I won't, I assure you."
After that, I simply kept looking for Red Eye but to no avail... He was hard enough to find when I wasn't looking, but the moment I started to it was like he decided to hide. The only indication that he was still around was the evidence he left behind him...
The night two days after my talk with Trad, most of hotel was startled awake by someone screaming madly in their room. I was the first one up and out of my room, seconded by Valt almost immediately, and we both ran to investigate.
