Beyblade Burst Adventures

House!

In which the Snake Pit Bladers are encouraged to try a team bonding exercise, and Ashtem decides the best way to do that would be a fun game of house! Hopefully they don't turn it into a game of Murder in the Dark. (Lui/Amethyst Eye and my Burst avatar will be in this.)

"Alright, so..." Ashtem watched as the Masked Bladers exchanged glances. "You must be wondering why I've gathered you all here. To answer your curiosity, it's because I've noticed a disconnection among you all lately. While we are all rivals in the Snake Pit, we are also family."

Everyone stared at him.

"... Anyway, just... Team building exercises are a great way to bond. I studied a bunch of different ways to do so, and I found that the best way is, um..." He fidgeted a bit, not sure how to say this next part. Then he sighed, shrugging and looking to the others. "You'll be playing 'house' to get a little closer to each other. Childhood games are fun, and this will be fun."

He couldn't see their faces because of the masks, but... It was obvious that they were all staring at him like he grew a second head.

"That... Is the most moronic idea ever." Amethyst Eye commented, and the others immediately gave their thoughts as well. Ashtem pulled off his mask and glared at them, rendering them all silent.

"I don't care what you think, you're doing it. My orders. If you don't, I'll make you clean up the next food fight after the food has been sitting and stewing in the hot air for five hours. And it will be the barn muck, as you all like to call it."

"... Yes, sir." They all replied out of sync.

"Good. Now, let me assign roles." He smiled, tucking his mask under his arm and pulling out a folded up piece of paper.

"Oh, gods, he made a list..." Gold Eye muttered to Silver Eye.

"He's serious about this." The silver-eyed Blader murmured. "But if I see him taping us, I'm ripping his hand off."

Azure Eye gave him a startled look.

"Alright, I made this list a few days ago, and I promise your roles will be fun and interesting." Ashtem offered a smile, then he added. "Also, uh, quick note- the doors are locked so no one will come into the room, and if I see anyone of you trying to record it, the same punishment applies."

Everyone sighed in relief simultaneously, then Ashtem began to read the list. "For starters, Yellow Eye will be the awesome dad the kids adore."

"Seems accurate." Yellow Eye commented, smirking a bit.

"Next, Azure Eye is the family dog, who's super sweet and likes to lick." Azure Eye gave a delighted squeal, clapping his hands together. Ashtem smiled, continuing to read. "Amethyst Eye is the angry neighbor who constantly comes over to borrow sugar and scream at everyone for being noisy."

"Ah, yes, my spirit state." Amethyst Eye commented.

"Red Eye is the family cat. He likes to knock things over and..." Ashtem trailed off, staring at his paper uncertainly. "Um... Spook the dog. He likes to spook the dog."

Yellow Eye frowned, but Red Eye looked quite pleased.

"Violet Eye is the overdramatic middle child. He constantly rolls his eyes and disrespects his parents." Ashtem continued. Violet Eye hummed, shrugging. "Silver Eye is the shy, timid youngest child. He barely ever disrespects his parents and is constantly trying to avoid conflict." Silver Eye smacked Gold Eye's shoulder when he began to snicker.

"Black Eye will be the emo, reclusive second-oldest sister who's constantly playing with the occult." Black Eye smiled, rubbing his hands together and muttering 'excellent'. "Next... Sable Eye is the... Oldest child, and he is the creepy, sensual sister?..."
