In which the Bladers are stuck in their Beyblades, and their bit beasts are stuck insider the bodies of their Bladers.

The first thing I come to notice when I wake up is that I feel... Odd. Like I'm not myself.

Gazing around the room, I can't help wondering where Shu is. I usually wake up around the same time he does, but for once I guess he woke up before me.

I wait for him to come back in for me, since he always carries me around the house with him- that way if he needs to leave, he can do so right away.

So I keep waiting. And waiting. And waiting. I think an hour passes and he still doesn't show up.

Where on earth is he? I hope he's okay. I look around some more, then realize I can see the headboard of his bed. What the- how did I end up on the bed? I look to Shu's nightstand, realizing I can see...

I can see my Bey sitting there. This in itself isn't unnatural, I can see my Beyblade when Shu summons me during a battle.

But that's the problem. This isn't a battle, so why can I see myself? I sit up, and immediately I spot another problem. I have human feet. Human legs.

Basically, I am a human.

Ooooh this is so not good! If Shu comes in and discovers a stranger sitting on his bed, he is absolutely going to call the police. And I don't think he'd believe me if I told him I was actually Legend Spryzen.

I stand up, looking around the room. But where is he? I really hope there was no emergency. That's the only reason he would leave me behind. I feel sweat forming on my forehead and I begin making my way to the door. I hope Valt and the others are alright.

I go into the bathroom, probing the wall for the light switch. First, I should figure out what I look like. Perhaps I'm not so changed, maybe Shu would believe I'm the spirit of his Bey.

I turn on the light and look in the mirror, finding yet another problem, but solving one at the same time. Okay, so my solved problem is that I found Shu.

But the next problem is that I am Shu. I'm in his body.

"Oookay, Spryzen, deep breaths, don't panic, don't panic." Despite the fact that my own voice is what I hear in my thoughts, I speak in my Blader's own voice. I take a few deep breaths, brushing back my- or are they still Shu's?- bangs from my face, staring into the red eyes of my reflection. "This is strange."

I finally tear my gaze away from my reflection, shutting off the light and leaving the bathroom. I have a feeling that I should be checking on my Beyblade, so I return to Shu's room and pick it up. So, I'm not in my Bey, and Shu's not in his body. I'm in Shu's body. So that can only mean one thing.

"Uhm, Shu?"

"Spryzen?" Shu calls, his voice that's actually mine laced with fright. I nearly drop the Bey in my panic, but think better of it. "What's going on?"

"I- I do not know, but I'll fix this, I promise."

"How? I don't think anyone knows how to reverse soul-swapping..."

I look around the room, trying to find an idea that can help us. My gaze finds Shu's Blading glove, and it hits me. "Maybe the others may know. Wyvron or Doomscizor, perhaps."

"That sounds good to me. Let's go find Wakiya and Daigo!"

I feel a bit better since Shu agrees, so I put the Beyblade on the nightstand and get dressed in Shu's usual clothes, minus the tie because I cannot knot. I put Shu in the Beyholder, then grab the keys to his apartment and leave, locking the door before I go.
