In which we see a some peeks into the daily routines of the Snake Pit Bladers and their manager. (Everyone will probably be OOC.)

Ashtem was in his office, sat at his desk and working on some designs for new Blading equipment. Not very many people knew it, but he was actually an incredibly talented artist. He had been drawing ever since he was six, and all the practice paid off.
His mask had been set to the side so he could work, since the lenses on it darkened everything and made it hard to see the details of his sketches. The room was quiet, aside from the sounds of pencil brushing paper, and everything was as serene as could be.
Then a couple of knocks sounded from the other side of the door and Ashtem lifted his head, calling calmly. "Come in."
Yellow Eye stepped into the room unceremoniously, nodding his head as he spoke. "The shipment you ordered arrived, sir. The technicians are working on the ripcord machine repairs as we speak."
"Excellent." Ashtem nodded once before returning to his sketching. "You're dismissed."
"Yes, sir." Yellow Eye replied, but he didn't leave the room. Actually, he stayed in it, curiously looking at the paper Ashtem was drawing on. He even stepped around the desk and began to watch as the other sketched.
It took Ashtem a moment to realize Yellow Eye was watching him, and when he did he gently set his pencil down and looked at Yellow Eye over his shoulder. They sat in silence for a moment, then the Blader spoke. "Don't mind me, sir. I'm just watching."
Ashtem stared at Yellow for a moment before he returned to his work, but... It was kind of hard to focus. One being because Yellow Eye left the door opened, which was one of Ashtem's pet peeves, and the second being that he hated when people watched him draw. It was weird, considering he didn't mind showing people the finished results, but having people watch the process bothered him. Maybe that was because the process involved a lot of mistakes?
So... They just sat in silence for several seconds until Ashtem let out a heavy sigh, turning to Yellow Eye and nearly growling out. "You're dismissed."
"Y-Yes, sir!" He yelped, jogging out of the room and accidentally slamming the door shut. Ashtem sighed again, letting his head drop onto the desk.

It was lunchtime at the Snake Pit, and all of the Bladers were gathered in the cafeteria. Many of the Bladers were too busy eating to talk about anything. Some were quietly talking with acquaintances about strategies and their current fatigue.
Only one Blader was actually being annoying.
It was Azure Eye.
"Man, this food always taste so bland." He complained even as he horked it down. Most of the other masked Bladers ignored him, focusing on their own food and tuning him out. The rest didn't have enough skill to do that. "Like, I get that this isn't supposed to be a luxury palace or anything, but seriously!" He slurred, spraying a bit of food on his side of the table.
Red Eye let out a disgusted groan and Gold Eye rolled his eyes. Silver Eye grimaced and asked. "Do you have to talk while you eat, Azure Eye? Shut your damn mouth."
"Make me, Silver." The Valkyrie Blader retorted, splattering more food onto the table. He swallowed his food and took another bite out of the slop he was eating. "You may be one of Ashtem's head honchos, but you're not the boss of me."
"You're so disgusting." Silver eye groaned, wiping away a bit of food with a spare napkin. Red Eye gagged quietly, looking away and Gold Eye simply sighed, rubbing his temple like this exchange gave him a headache- and it did. "It's bothering everyone at this table, you know."
