So, now I'm walking through this strange In-Between Realm alongside Caleb and Sasha. Even though Sasha and I avoid each other and we just growl at each other if we come too close, Caleb walks ahead of us and he sighs quietly.

"Look." He stops and turns around to face us. "I don't get what your problem is. We're helping you-" he points at Sasha. "And your boyfriend forgave her for her words." He points at me before crossing his arms. "So why are you still mad about each other, it's annoying."

"It's not so easy, Caleb." I say as I take a short look at her and then back to him. "Some people just don't get along with each other."

"Yeah, yeah." He turns around again and continues to walk. "Look, I feel like Hunter has hope that this collaboration between both realms will work. I know that he's scared of all the other realms and having a friendship with one will be an immense relief for him. So you two better get your shit together." He takes a short look back to us. "Edric, you as his boyfriend and Sasha, you as someone who is now deep in his debt and resonsible for the stress he's feeling right now should do your best for this collaboration. If you two as representatives of both realms can't work something as irrelevant as this out the collaboration is doomed and a war, like Hunter feared, could happen."

He continues to walk through the In-Between Realm, leaving Sasha and me behind. We're just watching him walk away and after a while we take a look at each other.

We both remain quiet, I'm rubbing over my neck and Sasha fidgets with her hands. After a while I sigh quietly.

"Things have been rough. Everybody carries some kind of scars with them after everything that happend. And Hunter...I haven't seen him for two years and I got a little defensive back there. He's been through so much and I just don't want him to get hurt again. I can't bare that view."

Sasha sighs quietly and we continue to walk. "Everything that happened in Amphibia was really rough too. I was a...bad person. I guess I got a little carried away and I lost it. I didn't mean to insult anyone, but I just wish for Anne and Marcy to see the people they love again. They did so much, sacrificed so much and got hurt. Hearing a no like that because someone is afraid is hard. But I totally get it. He takes care of his people, that's nothing every ruler does."

"Tell me about it."

We both chuckle quietly and we continue to walk.

"He has indeed many scars. If I think about the way I got mine..." she places a hand on her cheek and her other on her back. Seems like there's another one. "It's nothing I like to be reminded of. And it's hurts. Even after all this time. I wouldn't want to know how he feels."

I sigh quietly and we watch as Caleb walks from one wall to another. "Yeah, those scars and that thing with him being a grimwalker. Ehm or a clone like you said. It's bothering him. All that reminds him of his pain. I don't know how exactly he feels, I will never be able to relate to his pain, but I love him either way. And nothing will change that."

Sasha smiles softly and she takes a look at her bracelet, which has three little gems colored in red, green and blue.

"I guess I can relate to that too..." she mumbles quietly and the next time time she looks at me, she sees me smirking widely.

"Aha, you relate? To loving someone no matter what? So which one is it? Anne or Marcy? Or both? An experience like that must've made you veeeery close." Once I said that, Sasha turns a bright red and she immediately turns away.

"Ohhh, shut it Blight!!!" She walks away, with her arms crossed causing me to chuckle.

"Never, Waybright!" I follow her, still chuckling. So we spend the rest of the time looking at little 'rifts' as Caleb called then. They are little holes in those walls and they are the ones which will open the way to the different realms.
