Life changes.

Park.

Ally has been gone for about three days now she is going on the fourth day. I call and she doesn't answer. I can't leave the kids to go look for her. I called her dad yesterday and he said he would take care of everything. I don't know what to do. I called the cops and they said they will do what they can but they can't do much. Alex won't pick up his phone either, so I know they are together. Hanna watched the kids yesterday for me to go to his dorm and see if he was there. I didn't see his jeep or Ally's car. I found his dorm and knocked anyway but no one answered. Most kids are gone because we are on break. I came back home and tried to call them again with no results.

I look over at Aubrey trying to help Aiden walk better. "Aubrey sweetie, he will get better on his own." She looks at me and shrugs as she still works on showing him how to do it the right way. I laugh and shake my head at her. Yeah Aiden is walking now; Ally missed it because she was out partying. I get off the couch and watch them. "Aweden, do this." Aubrey moves her right foot then her left. Aiden watches then stomps his right foot and shuffles his left to meet up. I laugh and watch Aubrey throw her hands up and sigh before sitting down. She looks up at me, "Useless." I shake my head, "He is trying princess. He is young, he will get it I promise. He isn't useless." She sighs and throws her arms up as she tries to explain to me how he is doing it wrong. I laugh as I watch her. She has her mothers sense of doing everything right and my short temper.  Aiden is trying to do what she is doing but he can't quite get it. I laugh and pick him up, "You will get it. You are my son after all." He smiles up at me and leans his head on my shoulder. "wobe." I laugh and kiss his head, "I love you too baby." I bend and pick Aubrey up and she lays her head on my other shoulder, "Love you." I smile and kiss her head, "I love you too Princess." I look down at both of them, "I love both of you."

I look outside and see it is pretty. "Want to go get ice cream and go to the park?" Aubrey looks up at me and shakes her head quickly. I laugh and set her down. "Grab your toys." She runs to grab her stuff. I look down at Aiden, "Let's get you some things." I walk with him in my arms to the kitchen as I pack him and Aubrey a few snacks and a sippy cup for each of them with a juice. I walk upstairs and grab an extra diaper and one for Aubrey too incase she has an accident. I also grab an extra change of clothes for both of them. I put the bag over my shoulder as I walk downstairs. "Aubrey you ready?" She comes running in with a bucket with some stuff in it and two dolls. "Yeah." I smile, "Well come on." I open the door and watch her walk to my car. I close and lock the door before walking to my car and putting Aiden in his seat and fastening him in. Aubrey is trying to open the door, I laugh "I'm coming Aubrey." I close the door on Aiden walk around to pick Aubrey up and put her in her car seat. I fasten her in and hand her a doll and Aiden a soft chew toy since he is teething.  After closing them in I walk around and get in the drivers seat. I turn the car on and look back at both of them. "Aubrey what do you want to listen to?" She looks at me and smiles, "You." I laugh and switch the radio over to the CDs and hit the button for mine. I back out as my voice blares through the cars speakers.

I park the car in the parking spot and grab the stroller from the trunk before walking over to Aiden and getting him out and putting him in it. I walk over to Aubrey and get her out and hand her the bucket and grab the bag and put it on the bottom of the stroller. "Aubrey hold on to the stroller at all times." She looks up and smiles at me, "Okay daddy." I start walking at her pace to the ice cream shop.

I order a chocolate and cookies and cream ice cream cups. We sit down at a table and Aubrey starts to eat her chocolate ice cream. Aiden makes a noise to let me know he is there. I smile and take a little on my spoon and put it down to him and he takes it and looks up at me, "Like that." He smiles after a few minutes and I feed him a little bit of my ice cream before stopping and eating the rest myself.

Once we are done I grab a wipe and clean Aiden up. I then grab a few wipes and clean Aubrey's face and hands. I throw everything away and smile, "Okay lets go to the park." Aubrey grabs onto the stroller as we walk next door to the park. We walk over to the swings which are next to the sandbox. Aubrey looks at me and I smile, "Go play." She walks over to the sandbox and starts to play with her bucket and shovel. I take Aiden out of the stroller and put him in the baby swing and start to push him so I can also watch Aubrey.

We have been at the park for about an hour when my phone starts going off. I reach in my back pocket and put it to my ear as I push Aiden, "Hello?" I hear noise but no one, "Hello?" I then hear Ally's dad, "Austin?" I stop pushing Aiden and look at him, "What's wrong?" I hear a sigh, "Nothing well nothing that I know of." I then hear another sigh, "I thought Ally might have went some places so I started calling and well no one has seen her." I nod and start to push Aiden again, "I thought the same thing and came to the same results as you. I called the cops and they said they will do what they can." I hear a deep sigh and then movement, "Austin, what has gotten into her? This is not like her. This is not like my daughter." I look at Aubrey and then at Aiden. I close my eyes as the words flow through my lips, "I don't know." I hear nothing then, "How are the kids? How are you? Are you holding up?" I look at my kids and smile, "They are doing great. Aubrey is trying to show Aiden how to do things the right way and Aiden is just trying to figure them out. We are at the park right now. I am good, just taking care of the kids and relaxing a little." I hear a laugh, "Aubrey is showing her mothers side I guess." I laugh and nod, "Yep, her mothers sense of everything having to be done right and my short temper." He laughs, "She is the perfect mixture of both of you." I laugh and nod, "Trust me I know." I hear a sigh, "I am going to let you go. Call when you find out where Ally is please." I nod, "Of course." I hear the phone go dead and place it back in my pocket.  Ally has got to straighten up, she affecting everyone with her crazy shit.

We stayed at the park for about another hour before it was time for dinner. I stopped at a pizza place and we went in and ate a nice dinner. I drove home and we all sat in the floor and put a movie in.

Aubrey lays her head on my chest, "Love you daddy." I look down and see her eyes closing. I smile and kiss her head, "I love you too Princess." I look down at Aiden across my lap and see he is asleep to." I pick them up and go upstairs to put them to bed. I put Aubrey down and kiss her head again, "I love you more than you will ever know." I look at her sleep for a second before turning and walking across the hall to Aiden's room. He woke up slightly as I was putting him down, "Wobe." I smile and kiss his head, "I love you too baby. More than you know." He closes his eyes again and I watch as he drifts off to sleep.

I walk into my room and get in the shower. Ally is missing so much of their lives. Aiden is getting more teeth since she has gone weird and learned to walk. Aubrey is growing so big emotionally, mentally and physically. I shake my head and rinse off. I grab a towel and wrap it around me. I walk out to the dresser and grab a pair of boxers. I take the towel off and switch it with the boxers. I walk over to the closet and grab a shirt in case Aubrey wakes up in the middle of the night again. I put it on and walk downstairs and turn everything off and lock the door. I walk back upstairs and lay down. I look over at Ally's side of the bed and sigh. I miss my Ally. I close my eyes and let sleep drift in as the light from the tv plays against the walls of the room.

I hear a noise downstairs and turn the lamp on. I hear feet on the stairs and sit up in bed. I move the blankets to get up when I see Ally appear in the doorway.
