It’s the day of the performance. Austin is getting ready to go rehearse and I am running around the house chasing Aubrey. “Aubrey, come on.” I am running around the table right now. She decides to go under it and I sigh as I stand there. “Aubrey, please baby. Come out. You need a bath.” She pokes her head out at me and shakes her head. “No.” I take a deep breath and get down and crawl under the table. I catch her as she crawls out and finishing crawling out myself with her in my arms. “AHH!!” I shake my head as I feel a headache coming on. “Aubrey sweetie, please stop.” “AHHHHHHH!!!!!” I take a deep breath as I carry her up the stairs. Thinking one thing; I wish Austin could help.
I get Aubrey in her bath and bathe her before getting her out and putting her in a cute pair of leggings with a pink tutu. Her shirt is white and has pink polka dots on it. I put on her sandals and brush her hair before putting her down and letting her play with her toys. I walk across the hall and smile at Aiden. “Hey baby.” Walking over I pick him up and bathe him quickly. I dress him in a cute pair of leggings that look like jeans and a blue t-shirt with a guitar on it. I slip on a pair of little black high tops Austin bought him. I put him down in his room and let him roll around and play with his toy. I walk into the hallway and towards our room. I need to get dressed but I cant leave the kids by themselves and Austin is in the music room. Apparently the performance tonight needed new songs, so he has been working on them since he woke up.
I sigh and pull my phone out of my sweats. “Hello?” I smile, “Hanna, can you please come over?” I hear a laugh, “Of course. Be there in ten.” I hang up feeling better. I feel drained so I sit there up against the wall watching the kids play in their rooms. I hear a knock and then look down the steps and see Hanna walk in. I smile and she laughs. “I see I was needed badly.” I nod and she comes up and opens the gate and hugs me. “I have the kids, do what you need sweetie.” I smile and hug her again, “Thank you. what would I do without you?” I smile and walk into my room and get in the shower.
After the shower I look at my phone and see a call from Alex and one text. CALL ME!
I sigh and sit on the bed and call him. He answers on the second ring, “Ally. Thank god.” I sigh, “Yes Alex.” He sighs, “I need help. I was working on this song by myself and I have almost all of it done but I can’t figure out if I should get it the same or pick it up some and then take it back slow.” I sigh, “Go off of the lyrics. If the lyrics are telling you to keep it soft, then keep it soft. If a part of the lyric is saying that it needs to be emphasized then do it.” I hear a laugh, “Thank you so much.” Then the line goes dead. I shake my head and get up looking in my closet. I decide to just wear my black skin tight pants and a read flowing top. I slip on my black high heels and let my hair dry in its waves. I apply some makeup and walk downstairs.
Hanna turns when she sees me, “Ally, you look amazing.” I smile, “Thanks.” She smiles, “Austin is going to lose it.” I laugh and shake my head, “I bet he wont.” She shakes her head, “I know he will.” I laugh and look around, “Speaking of Austin, is he still in the music room?” She nods and I smile. “I will be back.” I walk down the hallway to the music room.
I stop and listen for a second. I open the door and walk in smiling. Austin looks so cute when he is sitting at the piano. “Need help rockstar?” He turns quickly and when he sees me his eyes go wide and he stands up coming over to me. He grabs my hand and spins me. When I am face to face with him again he kisses me and pushes me against the wall. I moan and his tongue slides in exploring my mouth. His hand kneads my waist. I smile and pull away needing air. He puts his forehead on my mine. “You look amazing Ally. So beautiful baby.” I smile, “I’m glad you like it, I figured you wouldn’t.” He shakes his head, “I love it. I may just have to bring you up on stage with me tonight.” I laugh and push him away slightly, “Not happening, I haven’t been on stage in forever. No one would want me up there anyway.” He looks at me, “Ally, you are an amazing singer and everyone loves you. Your fans miss you.” I smile, “Maybe one day.” He smiles, “I know you are still writing songs. Your song book is growing.” I laugh, “Yes, I wrote a lot of songs and still am.” He smiles, “Can you sing me one?” I look at him, “No.” He pouts, “Please baby, it might help and I really need some help.” I shake my head and walk over and grab my song book and hand it to him.
