Austin went upstairs when we got home. I sighed and sat on the couch trying to watch television. I have these words in my head I have to get out though. I've needed to get them out for awhile. I get up and head into the music room and open my book. I look at the empty page and start to write what I have needed to get out and what I still need to get out on the page. The words just flow through me and soon I feel better.

I look at the words and start to play a tune on the piano. It all starts to sound good together in my head. I write down the notes I am playing with the words and it all seems to flow so well together. I have it finished and I look at it and start the notes up on the piano as I start to sing my new song I wrote.

I hit the last note and hear a throat being cleared and turn to see Austin leaning against the doorframe. I look down and he nods, "So basically you love me so much you want me back but in a way you are scared and afraid of me at the same time but your love for me takes over everything else?" I nod slightly, "You are the cure and the pain." He nods, "It's a great song Ally." I look up, "Thanks." He comes over and sits next to me. "I understand that I have been an ass. I don't deserve you at all." He runs his fingers through his hair, "I like that your love for me outweighs everything else. Its that same way for me too Ally. You are the cure to my life and happiness but you are also the pain that comes in my life. I love looking at the lives we made together and we have two more on the way. I love loving you and I love being with you I just think it will take some time to be back how we were." I nod, "I get it." He looks at me, "You do?" I nod, "Yeah I know what you are waiting for Austin but in a way I don't know what you are waiting for either but in the long run I know what you are feeling and what you are waiting for. I get it." He leans in and kisses my cheek. "I do love you Ally. I love you." I nod and see him look at my engagement ring, "I'm happy you still wear it." I smile, "I love you Austin. I love knowing that possibly one day we can be back to ourselves." He pats my hand and gets up. "I came to tell you Alex said to get ready he is taking all of us out for dinner." I nod and watch him walk away. I close my book and place it back in it place on the shelf and walk out to get ready.
