Life changes.

Ally is..

I am going out and Austin says he is taking over with the kids today. I am so excited to go out and have fun. I smile at Aubrey and kiss her head, “I love you baby.” She smiles, “Love you too.” I smile and then kiss Aiden’s head, “Be good for daddy.” I grab my purse and kiss Austin, “I will see you later baby. I love you.” He smiles, “Have fun. I love you too.” I turn and walk out the door and get in my car. I go to the mall to shop.

An hour later I have new jeans, shorts, skirts and shirts. I stop by the food court to get a pretzel and something to drink. I sit down and place my bags next to me as I eat. I finish my pretzel and just relax letting everything drift away. “Hey, what are you doing here?” I turn and see Trish. “Hey.” I get up and we hug each other before sitting down again. “I came to shop. Austin gave me the day off.” She smiles wide, “Then I want you to come with me to something.” I nod, “Of course.” We grab our bags and I follow her to the end of the mall where she stops and points into a window. “That guy in there has been following me around like crazy. I know he likes me and I have seen him around school but never got to talk to him. I need help.” I smile and push her into the store and follow behind her. I do not have to do anything because Trish bumps into him and he catches her smiling. They start talking and hit it off. I smile at Trish, “I am going to go.” She nods and waves her hand with a smile. I laugh and walk out of the store and head to my car.

Putting my bags in the car I get in and head to the store where I need to pick up some things for the house. I park the car and get out walking into the store to get what I need. About an hour later I have everything that is needed plus some adorable clothes I saw for the kids and a few cute toys. I walk the cart to my car and put everything in. I walk the cart to the cart return and then walk back to my car and get in. I back out and start to head to the nail salon to get my nails done.

Hour and a half later my nails are done. My feet feel amazing and I love the color. My fingernails look much better. I like being able to do stuff for myself again. I like being able to get out and do stuff. I pay the lady and tip her well. I am walking out and going to my car when my phone goes off. I pick it up, “Hello?” “Hey, what are you doing right now?” I shrug, “Not much, just out enjoying a day away from the kids.” I hear his deep laugh, “Well, can you come over? I need help.” I get in my car and lean against my seat, “I can be there in ten if you need me now or I can be there in about an hour if it can wait.” I hear breathing as he thinks, “Well if you come over now I will order pizza to feed us.” I sigh and smile, “I will be there in ten.”  Hanging up I back out and head to the dorm rooms.

I park my car next to his jeep and get out.  I walk up the steps and smile at a girl coming out so I walk in as she leaves the door open. I walk up to his room and knock on the door. A few seconds later the door swings open and I smile, “Where’s the pizza?” He laughs and follows me in, “On it’s way.” I sit down in his chair and watch him walk to his bed and sit down. He stares at me and I laugh, “Why am I here Alex?” He laughs, “I need help with a few things. One I need help because I want to join this club and auditions are this week but I don’t know what to do and I mean I know I can sing and stuff but this is different. I know you were in glee club and I need help. “I nod, “I can help you with that. What is the other thing?” he laughs and points to a list of classes, “I need help figuring this out. My counselor sucks and you are the most organized plan ahead person I know.” I laugh and look over the list, “I can help you with both things but you must feed me.”  I hear a knock on the door and laugh as Alex opens the door and the pizza guy is there. “How did you get in?” He shrugs, “Someone let me in.” Alex shrugs and pays the guy then takes the pizza and closes the door smiling at me, “Okay here is food now help me.”
