Life changes.

Wedding planning

It is Thanksgiving break now. We had everyone over for Thanksgiving day. I cooked a bunch of food and everyone seemed to enjoy it. It was a fun day and everything was good and went good. Austin is getting ready upstairs so we can go meet with the wedding planner.

The doorbell rings and I know Hanna is now here. I smile and open the door coming face to face with Hanna. I hug her before moving so she can get in. She laughs and looks around. "Where are the kids?" All of a sudden a yell is heard and I laugh with Hanna as she shrugs, "I guess I got my answer." I laugh and nod closing the door. "In the living room." She walks into the living room and I follow behind her and see Aubrey trying to pull a toy away from Aiden and yelling. I sigh and look at her, "Aubrey, let go of that toy." She yells and shakes her head pulling more causing Aiden to yell as well. "AUBREY FAITH MOON!" She stops and turns mid-pull to stare at me with big eyes. "Let go of that toy right now." She looks at me and lets go of the toy before looking at the ground and starting to cry.

I sigh and walk over and bend down next to her. "Aubrey, you were wrong. You were being mean to your brother. You should of let him play with the toy." She looks up at me with tears going down her face. "I want toy." I sigh and shake my head as she went to grab the toy again. I pick her up and she kicks as I carry her to a corner. I place her down and stare at her, "You will not move from there for ten minutes or no snacks and no play time today." She crosses her arms as she stares at the wall mad.

Austin comes down a minute later placing his jacket on over his t-shirt. "What was going on down here?" I sigh and sit down on the couch, "Aubrey tried to pull a toy away from Aiden that he was playing with. She then went to try to grab it again so she is in time out." He looks over to the corner where Aubrey is sitting. He shakes his head and sits down next to me. "Do I need to talk to her?" I shake my head, "I took care of it. She has a few more minutes in time out and then we can go." Hanna is playing with a happy Aiden when she smiles at me, "I can let her out when her time is up if you need to leave." I shake my head with a smile, "I put her in there. I need to let her out." She nods and starts to play with Aiden again.

Aubrey's time is finally up. I stand and walk over and bend down next to her. "You time is up Aubrey." She turns and stares at me. "Mommy mean." I watch her stand up and walk away from me and go sit with her dolls and play by herself. I feel upset and hurt. Austin comes over and helps me up, "She will get over it. You had to do it." I nod and Hanna looks at me with a sad face, "She will be okay, like Austin said she will get over it." I nod and she smiles at me, "Go ahead and go I got everything here." I nod and Austin walks me outside. He decides to take his car. I climb in and sigh in content at how comfortable his seats feel. I lean back and watch things past by the window as Austin drives us where we need to go.

He pulls into a parking lot and parks the car. I get out and meet him in front of the car. We walk towards the building and walk in. A nice looking girl smiles at us from behind the desk. "How can I help you two today?" I smile, "We are here to see Melinda." She nods and presses a button and looks at us, "Names?" "Austin Moon and Ally Dawson." She smiles and nods as she speaks into the button. After a second she smiles at us, "She will see you now." She stands up and walks out from behind the desk and I see how cute and professional she is dressed. She walks ahead of us and we both follow behind her to a door. She smiles and knocks before opening the door and stepping aside to let us in.

I see a nice looking lady stand up and come around the desk to meet us. "Austin, Ally, I am so glad you guys could come meet me." We each take a turn shaking her hand. "Ashley we are done here." She nods and closes the door as she walks away. Melinda smiles and sits down in her chair, "We have so much to talk about and do." I smile and sit in the white leather seat in front of her desk while Austin sits in the other one next to me.
