Nick gets up and carries Jessica downstairs, this year he's spending Christmas in Utah with Julie and her family along with Jessica, Jordan was able to make it, since he had a game a couple days before Christmas
Ben-"You guys must've been really good".
Cindy-"There is a lot isn't there?" (smiles)
Nick-"Holy cow". (sits down in chair with Jessica)
Julie-"Since Jess handed out present last year you can do it this year Codes".
Cody-"Okie dokie".
He starts to hand out gifts to everyone, Nick gets his and sees that it's from Julies parents
Nick-"You guys didn't have to".
Cindy-"None sense hun, you are still apart of this family". (pats his back)
The kids start to open their presents and so do the adults, Cody hands more out, Nick gets his and opens it
Julie-"Thought you could hang it in your office".
Nick-"Thank you". (hugs her)
Jessica-"We took on tour". (smiles)
Kealia-"Was this when you guys did the photoshoot over the summer".
Nick-"Yeah it is". (smiles)

Cody-(tears up and hugs Jordan) "Thank you".

They all hug eachother, they start to open more gifts, Nick gives one more to Julie
Julie-(opens it) "Nick, you should keep this it has the same letter for Jess".
Nick-"Thought I would give it back to you after all these years, plus I'm getting a new one". (hugs her)

Once all of the presents were opened and everything was cleaned up Nick and Jessica called their other family members and the boys to wish them a Merry Christmas, after that Nick started to teach Jessica how to play her drums, after awhile it was time for dinner then to take some pictures
Jessica-"JoJo dropped something".
Jordan-(kneels) "Found it".
Julie-(looks down) "What are you doing?"
Jordan-"Will you marry me?" (shows ring)
Julie-"Oh my gosh, yes".
Cody-"Yes!" (hugs them)
Jessica-"Mommy and JoJo are getting married!"
Everyone hugs them, Jessica sees Nick heading upstairs and she follows him
Jordan-(looks) "Maybe I should've done it without him being here".
Julie-"You're fine hun, it's okay I talked to him the other day". (kisses him)
Upstairs
Jessica-(walks in room) "Daddy?"
Nick-"Hi baby".
Jessica-"You're sad now?" (gets on bed)
Nick-"No baby, I'm happy for mommy and Jordan". (hugs her)
Julie-(walks in) "You okay?"
Nick-"Yeah I am, congrats". (hugs her)
Julie-"How about you head downstairs hun".
Jessica-"Okay mommy".
Once Jessica heads downstairs, Julie and Nick talk
Nick-"I'm happy for you guys I really am, it's just cause of the past too may flashbacks".
Julie-"I understand Nick, how do you want me to explain this to her?"
Nick-"Just tell her the truth I can't lie to her Jules".
Julie-"Okay and one more thing". (kisses him)
Nick-"What was that for?"
Julie-"Jordan told me too, that's the only time it's gonna happen though".
Once Julie leaves the room, Nick changes for the night and he heads to bed downstairs Julie talks to Jessica then gets her ready for bed, she goes into Nicks room and gets in the bed and cuddles up to him
Nick-(wakes up) "Hi baby".
Jessica-"Hi daddy, sorry about what happend mommy told me". (pokes his nose)
Nick-"It's okay baby, I got you". (kisses her nose)
