Chapter 83: Mixtape Tour 2019

We have had the last year off, and Steph and I have spent a lot of time together. We have had date nights because we shouldn't stop dating just because we are married. 

We just returned from Los Angeles last week after rehearsal for the new tour. This time we are touring with Salt-N-Pepa, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, and Naughty by Nature. 

I am doing a duet with Debbie Gibson, and I had to talk to Steph to make sure she was comfortable with that because Debbie is very handsy and loves to flirt even tho she doesn't mean anything by it. 

Steph said as long as I came home with her, she didn't mind. I told her that I would Facetime her every night and show there is no one in our RV besides me. She won't be able to join me until the kids are out of school.

Michelle has been in college for a year now. She is doing really good, she and her boyfriend Lukas will join us on tour for two weeks, and then they have to return to school for practices and such.  

Steph, Stefan, Griff, and Kira will join me on May 25th in Las Vegas. Michelle will join us the same day and stay for two weeks and return to Alabama on June 10th. 

Steph and I discussed it, and we have bought another RV. While it's just us and the kids, they are riding in it, but when Michelle and Lukas join us, they will be in the small RV for some privacy. They are adults and deserve some privacy. Jordan wasn't happy about it, but he realized it was best for Michelle. 

Stefan has a part-time job, and he will be sixteen in about a month. Since I will be on tour for his birthday Steph and I gave him his birthday present. We bought him a Truck for his birthday. Jordan paid half, and we paid the other half. He won't be able to drive it but for five days before they fly to Las Vegas.  

Griff and Kira will be ten on their birthday, so we still have eight years of kids in our house. All of our kids are getting so big, they are growing up way too fast.

Steph walks into the living room, and I swear she gets more beautiful every time I see her. We have been married for twelve years now. Last year we took two cruises, not including the New Kids cruise. We took the kids with us on one and then one by ourselves. 

It was beautiful and so relaxing not having to work. It was the first cruise I have been able to enjoy. Steph and I really enjoyed the cruise. Twelve amazing years together, and we just fall more and more in love. 

I rehearsed the duet with Debbie just so Steph could see it. That way, if she didn't like it, she could tell me or ask me not to do it. She smiled and told me it was beautiful and jokingly said to Debbie, "he's a happily taken man." They both laughed.

"Girl, I know he is. All he talks about is you and your kids. Trust me, girl, everyone knows that he is happily taken."  

Steph just smiled and hugged him. I then leaned in and kissed her, "You are the only woman for me, baby girl."

We hate our separation time; we get so used to seeing each other every day then we will be separated for three weeks, and it sucks. Being away from my wife is like not having my heart for three weeks. It never gets any easier, but we always try to spend as much time together as we can before I leave and almost non-stop lovemaking. 

She sits down on my lap and hugs up to me. "I missed you, baby. The laundry room was so far away from you."

"I know, and I missed you too, baby girl. I am so glad you have returned to your rightful place." I started tickling her. She was laughing so hard, and she was trying to squirm out of Joe's lap, and she couldn't.

She finally decided to get even and placed her hand on his crotch, and he stopped real fast. "Mrs. McIntyre, don't get something started you aren't able to finish."
