May 2011:

So, since the tour ended, we have just spent time together as a family. This tour ended in June, so we had time to take a family vacation with the kids.

We took all four kids and went to the Bahamas, we spent three weeks in a rental home. That was right on the beach. It was so nice to just relax with my entire family.

We cooked out, played games, spent nights beside a bonfire, watched movies, and the kids swam. It was perfect, with no distractions, just time for us.

Joe and I got some peaceful time to connect as a couple. We spent the nights after the kids went to bed reading, cuddling, talking, and, best of all, laughing.

Nothing is better than laying between his legs as we talked, we danced, and he sang to me. His voice is so pure and melancholic. When he sings, he gives me goosebumps, especially when he sings sexy, romantic songs to me.

Jordan and I were together for six years, the first time minus the three months we broke up, we lived together for a year of that, then we broke up for eight years, and then reconnected; we were married for five and a half years. So, we were together for almost twelve years, and Jordan never had time to do this, and even when we did go on vacation, he never treated me as Joe does.

Joe always makes sure that I am happy, and he treats me so well. We go to his family's houses, and he stays right with me, always making sure I don't feel anxious. His family is great; they all treat me like family. I have been really lucky in the in-law department because both Jordan and Joe's families are great and treat me like I was born into their family.

I absolutely love both of their moms. Marlene and Katherine are great. Joe is an exceptional person, he knows how to make a woman feel truly valued. I love my husband very much and how attentive he is towards our kids and me.

We flew into Miami for the cruise, we stayed in a hotel room last night. I have never been on a cruise before. He bought me a motion sickness bracelet since I don't know if I can handle a cruise. We have a room with a balcony.

He explained how it will pretty much be a lot of long nights and plenty of drinking. It's four days in the middle of the ocean and a huge party.

We pack our bags and leave the room with security escorting us, we walk to the ship. There are fans standing around, and they all start yelling when they see Joey and I. Joey being protective as always, wraps his arm around me to make me feel safe.

We climb the ramp and start our embarkment. I feel like butterflies are in my stomach as we climbed the ramp to this huge ship. Joey can feel me tense, and he holds me tighter. He is waving at the fans, and I am smiling.

I hear one fan say, "look how Joey is hugging his wife; I guess this is a lot for her."

We get on the ship and are escorted to our room, we have a couple of hours before everyone is on board and the sail away party. I sit on the bed, and Joey kneels in front of me and looks into my eyes.

"Sweetheart, I promise it's going to be okay. By the end of the cruise, you will never let me leave without you again. What can I do to help you relax?"

"I'm just anxious because I have never been on a boat this big, I've never been on a boat other than a water taxi in downtown Nashville, and the land was on both sides."

"I know, baby girl, now what can I do to help you relax, massage your neck, hold you? Just name it, and I will do it. We have two and a half hours until I need to be on deck. So, that time is yours."

Stephanie looked deep into his beautiful baby blue eyes; she leaned in and kissed him. He kissed her so passionately, letting her know she was his only concern. She pulled him to her and then slid back on the bed.
