May 08, 2022, Cincinnati, Ohio:

We arrived in Cincinnati after Michelle graduated from college. She and Lukas had all their stuff packed before graduation, with their bags ready for the tour. The truck would be unloaded into a storage unit, and Sharon would lock it up and hold the key until we returned.

Lukas had bought them a house about four miles from our house. They flew in a few weeks ago and signed the paperwork.

He had a job already starting in September after they got married and returned from their honeymoon.

Michelle also had a job once they got married. Lukas had changed his career path from lawyer to be a professional engineer at Davidson Engineering Associates, making about one hundred and twelve thousand per year.

Michelle earned her degree as a management analyst, and she will start her career at the Department of Housing and urban development, making a little over ninety-six thousand per year.

So, both kids have a great career starting out. Stefan is attending Yale for a degree in production. Maybe one day, he will produce his sister's album if she will ever take the step to sing. She has a beautiful voice. All of my kids do. They can all sing they took after their dads.

Stefan has fast-tracked his degree and has been adding extra classes. He is planning on graduating next year. So, both kids will be finished next May. Michelle will be married, and maybe I will be a grandma or waiting to become a grandma. I would like for them to be married for a little bit, but who knows what she will do.

I decided to leave early with the kids since they are still able to do virtual learning, and they really wanted to be on tour from start to finish. I had agreed to fly Eric and Dante out with the kids and me, but since plans changed, Jordan paid for my flight to fly in, pick them up and fly right back. I will do that in about twelve days.

We are sitting outside the bus as I watch everyone setting the stage and lights up. It's so nice to be back on the road with our road crew. I have missed them over the years; we have become close.

I love to see Joe and the guys this is the best part of the band is watching them together. They are all talking and laughing as I sit there and smile at them. These guys have become our family over the years.

They are all important to me. I tried to call Evie last month, and she wouldn't answer. She is having a hard time since she and Jordan divorced. I think she blames me for their problems, but she knows I am happily married to Joe.

I watched their rehearsals, but I am so ready to see the show. Joe is so ready, and Jon has even let loose a little more. This tour is going to be so fun with these guys.

Two days later:

Tonight is the first show. We all stand there and smile as they say their prayer before the show. Everyone takes a drink, and then the kids and I walk to our seats.

Stefan will be here in a couple of weeks once he finishes school. He has mentioned he is bringing someone important with him. I think he has met a nice girl, and he is bringing her, but I don't know. We just have to wait for him to arrive.

We sit there and watch the show. Joe is having so much fun. They are all acting silly during the Nynuk melody, and I have to say those hoodies and pants are turning me on.

The lights all go out a little bit later. Then in the corner, there stands Jordan. He is doing Baby I Believe in You, the same as he did in the nineties. He looks so hot, and all the ladies are screaming.

Michelle grabs my hand and holds it. I smile at her and hold hers. I know she is trying to comfort me, knowing this was written about me. Jordan is dancing like he did back then and opening his shirt.
