Chapter 34: Life is good

Joey and Stephanie returned from the four shows he had, and then Joey finished his three shows in April. The last four shows, which are the Dancing with the Stars shows, are coming up. 

Jordan had agreed to watch the kids on those dates so I could accompany him. He has been pretty good even tho I know he's still hurt by what happened between Joey and me, but I won't apologize for something we had no control over. 

That mistake has been the best thing to happen to us. We are very happy together. We have been married for four months, and it just keeps getting better.

Joey is such a sweet, caring, romantic person; since the night in Pennsylvania, our sex life has gotten wild. We still make slow passionate love, but now we get a little freaky, which leaves me walking funny for a few days. 

The kids really like Joey, and Stefan has gotten really close to him. He comes in every day from school and climbs into his lap. It makes Joey's day, and he will just smile like a kid in a candy store. Jordan doesn't like how the kids are with Joey, but just like I explained to him, we are married Joey lives with us did he think our kids would ignore him?

Jordan asked to talk to me before we left for Joey's show; we leave in three days, and he's coming over a little later this evening to talk. 

He has been friendly with Joey; he even asked Joey about a venue he played where Jordan was scheduled to play. I know he broke up with Daisy, and he's been seeing a new woman for about two months or so. 

Jon told me about them dating. He said Jordan seems to be happy, and I hope Jordan has found someone who can complete him as Joey has done for me. 

My problem with Jordan's touring is he was scheduling shows and would tell me after they were scheduled. Once, he didn't even tell me until I saw a schedule on the counter that had ten more shows added that we didn't agree on.

He promised me we would discuss every schedule, and we did for a little while, but after Stefan was born, it seemed he didn't want to talk to me anymore. He just left me out.

Joey has discussed every schedule with me, his solo shows, his Dancing with the Stars shows, and his New Kids schedule. Plus, he was willing to walk away for me, which shows he really does care how I feel. Jordan refused to do that to save our marriage.  

Joey and I go on dates every week, he helps me out at the house, and we go to his family's houses for things, and they love the kids. This year his family had their own separate birthday parties for all three of us. We still did the one for the kids and then one for all four of us with Jordan. Joey put that one together, which shows how much he really cares about me and the kids. He put together a dinner party with his wife's ex-husband. 

He is a very special man, he took me out on my birthday to New York for the weekend. We ate dinner, went to times square, he took me to a Broadway show, and we stayed in his Tribeca apartment. He bought me a birthday cake and a sexy lingerie outfit which I laughed at and said this is more for you than me.

So for his birthday, which is on New Year's Eve, I am going to do the same thing to him. I am going to buy him a sexy Speedo or thong. Jordan has already asked me if he could have the kids, and I told him he could. He said he knew it was Joey's birthday, and he figured we would like time alone.

He does seem happier in the last few months, so maybe his new girlfriend is good for him. I am finishing a load of laundry when I look in the playroom. Joey is playing a game with both of the kids, and they are laughing like crazy. 

I hear someone knock on my door; I smile and walk to the front door, I open it, and there is Jordan.

"Hey, Steph, you okay, your face is a little red."
