After swiftly making his way through the forest, Neteyam finally reaches the other end, and emerges from the trees and onto the South beach. He sighs as he moves forward, walking along the edge of the forest.

Not that he was expecting it to be some great vacation, but this place really isn't what he was expecting it to be, and he wishes they hadn't bothered to come.

Cin'lan told them a change of pace would help them solve whatever their problems are. He can't deny that they've been a little different.

They haven't been arguing with each other quite as much, but not because they confronted what they needed to. Na'haji's treament brings out the protective instinct they still feel for each other, causing them to band together, but this is merely a distraction, and the moment it ends they'll be back to bickering.

All they did was set aside the old problems to deal with the new ones, and now they need help with those too. Out with the old and in with the new, their trials are truly never ending.

Pulling him out of his thoughts is the faint sound of a voice. He stops in his tracks, and his ears point backward, where the sound seems to be coming from. Curious, he goes off track and decides to turn around and follow the sound.

As it grows louder, he recognizes it as a song being sung by someone, quite beautifully in his opinion.

He continues to follow the melody, keeping close to the bush of the forest to not reveal his presence and interrupt it. As he heads around a bend, he sees a figure sitting in the shallows, accompanied by a few Ilu.

A boy with a poofy ponytail pets the snout of an Ilu while singing calmly, and the others linger with him.

Suddenly his singing comes to a halt, and he speaks with his back facing Neteyam, still petting the happy creature.

Yune- I know you're there.

Neteyam walks out onto the beach, towards the boy who turns out to be the one he was looking for. As he enters the water, an Ilu greets him, then he sits near Yune, who's gone silent.

He's made it apparent how much he dislikes him in the few times they've interacted here, so he knows Yune is confused about why he's even here.

But in order to get some help dealing with Na'haji, he needs to set those feelings aside, and make peace.

Neteyam- You sing very well.

Neteyam looks right at him, but he glances for just a second before averting his eyes, not wanting to accidentally pry. Instead, he looks at the happy creature in front of him.

Yune- The Ilu seem to think so too.

The creatures begin to swim around playing with each other, and Neteyam watches with a smile on his face.

Yune- What brings you here?

He turns to face him again, but Yune holds his head low, looking at the water. He appreciates the consideration, but feels a little uncomfortable with the fact that he has to practically bow his head to speak to him.

Neteyam- It's alright if you look at me.

Yune- No, you do not like my eyes.

Neteyam- Well, looking at them isn't the problem, it's just whatever it is they allow you to see that I have a problem with.

Yune- The soul orb. Everyone has one.

Neteyam- Yeah, but, it's a personal thing, ya'know? It's hidden for a reason.

Yune- It is not hidden. I see it, as clearly as the scenery that surrounds us.

Neteyam- That doesn't mean you can just expose people.

He raises his voice a bit, and sees Yune frown. It's clear he doesn't like what he's hearing, which annoys Neteyam, but he can't dwell on it, he needs to make peace and get his help. With a quick calming breath, he turns to face his body towards Yune.

Neteyam- Lift your head, but don't comment on whatever it is you see.

The piercing gaze of Yune's bright green eyes finally meets Neteyam's golden ones. The ability of these eyes are an annoyance to him, but he has no problem with their appearance.

Neteyam- Now, you asked why I'm here. It's because of your older brother.

Yune- He has angered you?

Neteyam- Are you reading me again?

Yune- Your orb-

Neteyam- Don't even. Just-Yeah, yeah he upset me. He's been treating us like shit. Well, all except for Aonung.

Yune- That does not sound like my brother.

Neteyam- So him being an ass isn't normal?

Yune- He is headstrong, but he typically does nothing wrong, especially not mistreating others.

Neteyam- Yeah well he's mistreating us.

Yune- Then I will have a talk with him.

Neteyam- Thanks.
