Sorfé has helped Lo'ak and the others successfully get Neteyam back to their den, and they're currently working to get him and his rage to stay in it. Lo'ak tells Sorfé and Rotxo to stand aside while he and Kiri handle his brother, knowing he wouldn't hurt them no matter how enraged he gets.
Neteyam takes heavy breaths, still fuming, and still trying to push his way past his siblings, but Lo'ak won't let him.
Each time he steps forward to leave, Lo'ak gives him a gentle push back, moving to stay in his way as he attempts to walk past them, each time receiving a soft snarl from him.
Lo'ak- Easy, Neteyam.
His brother snarls at him again, staring right at him as if he could remove him from his way with his eyes. A hard scowl Lo'ak hasn't seen on him since they were up against the sky people back in their forest home.
An enemy avatar had a knife to his throat, which angered Neteyam more than anything. Needless to say that woman died brutally by his brother's hand.
Neteyam- Move, Lo'ak.
Lo'ak- Beating the shit out of him won't change anything.
Neteyam steps up to him, his face just a bit softer as he seems to try calming himself.
Lo'ak- That's it, be calm.
Lo'ak reaches his hands up and holds his brother's face firmly as he brings his forehead to his own. The action helps Neteyam settle his breathing, and suppress his anger.
Kiri sighs in relief and walks up to them, placing a hand on Neteyam's back and rubbing it comfortingly.
Lo'ak- You'll be okay, bro. We'll get through this.
Neteyam sighs, nodding slightly as he pulls away from Lo'ak. They each turn to Sorfé and Rotxo standing at a distance on the side, and Kiri beckons them over.
Sorfé- I am so sorry-
Lo'ak- Don't, Sorfé, it isn't your fault.
Sorfé- Will you guys be okay? Do you need anything? Snacks? I snack for comfort, I have plenty to share.
Kiri and Lo'ak exchange a look, knowing the boy just feels the need to help them in some way.
Kiri- Some snacks would be nice.
Sorfé- Okay, I will be back momentarily.
Kiri- Thank you.
Sorfé dashes out of the den, then Lo'ak turns his attention to Rotxo, who's fidgeting a bit.
Lo'ak- I know you have to say something.
Both Neteyam and Kiri look to Rotxo as well, looking expectant.
Kiri- Hopefully something that'll explain why Aonung is acting like more of a jerk than he was when we first met.
Lo'ak- Yeah, at least he had a reason then, what the hell is his problem now?
Rotxo sighs, then looks up at them with an apologetic expression.
Rotxo- You all know Aonung, but, you don't know him. You have never met his wall.
