Part 147

Out on the beach, the teens have all reached the shore, and have been goofing off more than anything. Tsui sets the drum down, playing the beat of a fun song as Bay'an and Yori sing to it, while some others dance. Sorfé, Kiri, Tsireya, and Coona dance happily, having fun.

On the edge of the beach, Rotxo, Lo'ak, Talon, Fayne, Dale, and Shore are near some large rocks. Without thinking twice, Talon climbs onto the tallest one, much higher than anyone would recommend, which makes some of the others watch him in awe. He jumps off of it with a spin, and Shore shakes his head at his reckless friend landing into the water with a large splash.

Lo'ak- That dude is fucking wild bro.

Rotxo- Like you don't do crazy shit.

Lo'ak- Well-

Rotxo- Come on.

He grabs Lo'ak's hand and drags him towards one of the rocks before letting go to climb onto one. From there, Rotxo climbs onto a higher one next to it, but not nearly as high as the one Talon just jumped from.

Lo'ak climbs up behind him, but so does Fayne, coming up right behind him in the tight space.

She bumps into him, making him bump into Rotxo, giving him an involuntary push off the rock. He yelps in surprise, and ends up splashing into the water. When he resurfaces he playfully glares at Lo'ak, thinking he did it on purpose, but he isn't upset, which is a relief to the Sully boy.

Fayne looks down into the water, then up to Lo'ak.

Fayne- Sorry about that.

Lo'ak- It's fine, he doesn't look mad.

Rotxo- Bring your ass down here!

Lo'ak- Great, now he wants to fight.

The two laugh seeing Rotxo going back underwater to lie in wait for his prey that is Lo'ak.

Fayne- Hey, um, I didn't get your name.

Lo'ak- Lo'ak. You're Fayne, right?

Fayne- Yeah.

She fiddles with her hands a bit as she smiles up at him.

Lo'ak- Nice to meet you. I've got a battle to fight, see you down there.

He turns and jumps off the rock, cannonballing into the water, and splashing everyone else around him. Fayne laughs seeing Lo'ak surface with a victory woop then be tackled by Rotxo.

The smaller boy hangs onto him, being flung around on Lo'ak's back.

Fayne finally decides to jump off the rock, landing with a small splash. She makes her way over to Lo'ak and Rotxo just in time to see Lo'ak finally get the boy off his back, throwing him into the water while laughing.

When Rotxo comes at him again, he quickly puts the shorter boy in a headlock, trapping him.

Lo'ak- Give up, you'll never beat me.

Rotxo- That's what you think.

He attempts to get out of his hold, but fails miserably, making Lo'ak and Fayne laugh.

Lo'ak- Do you give up now?

Rotxo- . . . I hate you.

Lo'ak laughs at him again as he releases him, making Fayne laugh as well, until Lo'ak kisses the boy's cheek. Her laugh stops abruptly, but the boys don't notice, since they're now flirting a bit in front of her.

The moment they stop, and Lo'ak looks back at her, she plasters a sweet smile on her face and politely greets Rotxo, who does the same.
