March 5th
Let her go•••••••
He liked her, there was no doubt about that.
From the moment he laid eyes on her, he'd practically fallen in love.
But it was tricky.
Flirting was done.
Most definitely.
From both of them.
Caspian admired her from a distance, never did anything about it, never said anything.
And when she said she'd never be coming back to Narnia, it caught him by surprise, and he wished in that moment that he could go back and do everything differently.
But he couldn't, and it was what it was.
She left.
But not before a kiss.
That moment seemed like hours to Caspian, and he just knew it was a moment he'd treasure forever, no matter what.
But he had to let her go.
She was gone, and she wasn't coming back.
He was in Narnia, and she was in England.
They would never see each other again despite their feelings for each other.
And that was just the way it was.
Neither of them could change it.
She had to let him go, and he had to let her go.
They didn't want to for a long time, neither of them, but life has a way of sending others your way, others that are meant to be in your life.
Sent at the right time, someone to spend the rest of your life with.
Right up until the day you die.
