When you're fifteen••••••••••
Being 15 was weird...
When you're 15, people don't really see you as "just a kid" anymore, but of course they don't see you as an adult.
You're not quite sweet 16, when people start thinking of you as more mature and grown up, but you're not 14 anymore so you can't be quite so childish.
It was an odd age to be, or Lucy found it to be anyway.
She was 15 twice actually, and she found this really strange.
She found being any age twice really strange if she was honest, but I think anyone would.
Having two 15th birthdays (as well as two of every other birthday up until she was 20 something) was definitely an experience.
She was happier when she turned 16, she spent the whole year she was 15 excitedly waiting to turn sweet 16, it was such a big birthday and she hadn't ever looked forward to anything more.
The second time was a little less exciting, as it had already happened before, but she managed to find the good in it, after all, she always did.
