This scene... There was clearly something up with it. They could tell. No, they didn't have to be some genius at deduction nor a detective of any kind to know that there was something not right here. After all, what was the reason for such a scene inside Miyuki's Palace? So deep down in fact that it has to be some well kept secret. And they were determined to find out what this has been about! And it had to happen as soon as possible. Luckily during one of the bump ins Miykuki had exchanged contact info with them as Anja so it was easy to contact her at the very least and try.

'Miyuki, can I talk to you for a second?'

'Anja–Chan! What a surprise! What is it?'

'I remember the time where you wanted me to come over...'

'Oh, that? Yeah, I did ask you. Did you change your mind?'

'Well... I just so happen to be free today!' That was somewhat true but also a lie. They had just texted Akechi that they weren't feeling so well and asked to take the day to rest. It took him a while to respond yet he agreed eventually, much to their luck. Yet it wouldn't surprise them if he had suspected something. But they weren't going to complain about it. He had agreed, that was all that mattered. 'I just wonder if you had the time.'

'You don't even have to ask, of course! I'll send you the coordinates and inform the staff right away! How about in the afternoon? 3 pm maybe?'

'Sounds good.'

'I'm looking forward to it then! See you!'

To their surprise it was easier than thought, maybe a little too easy. But why not? Saves them some stress and with the Palace in mind it does seem to be a bit of a relief in the end. They already went through enough in there, may as well have a bit of an easy time now. Though it was also a little odd, that this had been a little too easy. Being invited to the place, having even gotten the exact location... It meant that they could just barge in technically, they just had to wait for the right time.

There is no need to bore anyone with the details. The meet up went as mundane as one could get. Though they had been impressed by the sight of the mansion... It was massive, as large as the dollhouse in the Metaverse. Just how rich are the Ishikawas!? Seriously... Talk about a big shot family. Miyuki sure was born into privilege alright?

And yet it was soon after that thought that the gates had opened, after they had confirmed their identity. 'It's me, Anja! I am Ishikawa Miyuki's guest!' Yeah, sneaking in as Anja... Even if they weren't really in the mood to wear that skirt and be referred to as a woman but they had to get through this. It was for a greater mission, no use in crying about it!

Miyuki had greeted them at the entrance, that uncomfortable, wide, cheerful smile on her face. A 'friendly greeting' one might say yet those who know to look right through it knew that there was more to it than meets the eye. Yet they acted along, smiling back in return with a greeting in their rather soft voice, then following close behind.

The halls were more colorful, filled with light. Compared to the Palace it was a way more colorful version. Nothing dull and monochrome but a mix of several colors. Not just that but all sorts of flowers were there – From sunflowers to roses in various different colors! And the artworks hanging on the wall... They must have cost a fortune actually, looking so well made. Even if some of them were just simple fruits like apples and grapes. W... Was this family flaunting their wealth? It... Was difficult to say. Yet not like it mattered.

Eventually the walk through the hall would stop and the two would enter a room. It was massive, to say the least. It was all cutesy and pink, the room one would expect a little girl to have. Pink and white, the primary colors, though more so pink. Pastel pink. Wait no, there were different shades of pink here. Whatever fit best. The bed, the mirror, the posters, the flowers and any other decoration... One would call it a 'little girl's dream', it couldn't get any more clichée than that. Wait a minute— That room...

"Please, have a seat Anja–Chan." Miyuki would bring them back from the short trance, the realization kicking in that maybe they had been inside this room before. No, they had been there before, they knew it. Just a smaller variant. A variant without a few shelves filled with books, a desk and a nightstand. Heck, even the plushies looked eerily familiar. That and maybe a small part of them envied the collection. But they had to shake that thought off quickly or– "You're probably thirsty, aren't you? Please, allow me to fetch someone who will prepare something for us."

"Huh?" Wait, she will fetch someone? This was going... "Th... There's no need! Rea—"

"No, I insist! Wait here for a moment! I will be right back!" And before they could protest she just... Left, closing the massive door behind herself. Just like that. Anja blinked in confusion for a second, not having expected things to go like this. It went smoothly, very much so. Maybe a bit too smoothly...

But it might be their only chance. So they had to get to it as quickly as they possibly could... Before Miyuki returns. The hall seems long enough so it should give them some time to maybe have a closer look. It's now or never!
