It was only a second, a short moment, yet when their feet hit the ground and they opened their eyes they knew where they were pretty much straight away. The sight was never one to forget, the sight of the Metaverse. More specifically, Mementos itself. It was as cold as ever. Not to mention the empty sky as well as the red hue surrounding everything. They didn't even ask how they got here. That was all Pipistrello's doing, wasn't it? And that being was also behind the storm seconds ago. Though they couldn't exactly say why yet that didn't matter.

They quickly looked down, noticing that Ole had been gone from their grasp. Though quickly glancing over to the side they saw him standing right next to them, tail up and continuing to growl. "You..." He even said, making them look into the direction the cat was looking at... Only to freeze up. Maybe it was just the sight overall which unsettled them right now.

It was none other than Akechi, yes, yet the getup he wore... It wasn't that 'princely appearance' he had with that ridiculous long beak looking mask, no. It was the black suit instead with the fitting mask. And needless to say he didn't look amused at all, having even crossed his arms in front of his chest. "So that boy really is your cat..."

"Boy? I don't want to hear that from you!" Ole protested, almost hissing. "I'm the older one here!"

"You sure don't look like it."

"Why you—"

"Now Gramps. There is no need to fight the boy juuust yet~" Something said as it was suddenly popping up from the ground, only to float right in the air. The figure with the tophat and the mask with this eerie, big smile. None other than Pipistrello, of course, and it seemed to be in a little more cheerful mood than it had shown earlier. "Let's give him a chance, shall we? Besides, Annie here wouldn't like that very much. Now would you dearie?"

Why were they put on the spot now!? Hah, talk about awful luck in that regard. "If your plan is to kill him... Please don't." They sighed. As they did, they took note of the irritated expression in Akechi's eyes, as if he had not expected them to say that. Yet he didn't comment on it, only letting out a scoff for a moment before removing his gaze from them.

"Oh? Even now?" Pipistrello asked, the mouth forming into an o–shape. Yet it wasn't the one they had seen before, no. It was a little mocking sounding actually and it sure looked like that.

"You can't be serious. You know what he said, right?" Ole asked, the annoyance unhidden in his tone. Not to mention him also being uneasy. "He might—"

"I know what he said." They interrupted, trying to remain calm. Sure, they were still a little scared but... The longer this went on, the calmer they felt. "But he also said that he's not going to kill me either."

"And why do you think he's going to keep his word?"

"Uhm... Well... That—"

"If you think that I want to find out what will happen to me if I try, you're greatly mistaken." Akechi chimed in, his own tone being somewhat annoyed as well.

"Aww, you don't? How boring." Pipistrello huffed.

"Even I know better than that."

"And yet here you were, asking Lukie so many questions. You have no shame, do you?"

"Is that what this is about?"

"There are some things you shouldn't stick your nose into, you know. Sometimes it's one question too many."

One could see the frustration in Akechi's eyes. He could probably hardly keep up with Pipistrello, not being in the mood handling that thing. And they couldn't blame him, they usually had a tough time keeping up with it either. Though already such a short amount of time, he may as well have been close to snapping. But he kept himself under control in the end, asking: "Is this how this... Entity usually talks?"
