Request - Kiyotaka Ishimaru - Rule Breaker

SORRY IT'S NOT AS LONG AS THE OTHER ONES, I didn't wanna get disgustingly descriptive so it didn't turn out as long and was like way too short.. (And uh I never thought I'd be paranoid about writing Taka but here I am..)

A rule of your father's was to not have a partner before 16. He was very strict about it, as with any other rule. Every time you giggled at your phone or something similar to that you were bombarded with questions, he didn't want you being distracted with someone else when your sole focus should've been education.

You should've expected that at some point he'll figure out you did have a partner, he's a smart man afterall (although a bit oblivious sometimes).

It was a sunny day when you were returning home from an outing with some friends. You unlocked the door to your house, your partner standing behind you as your father took a look at the front door to see who it was.

"I'm home!" You barely raised your voice, knowing he'd hear you one way or another. Ishimaru came to greet you at the door, smiling politely at your partner,

"I didn't know you were bringing a friend over. It's great to meet you, I'm Kiyotaka Ishimaru! You have the pleasure of calling me Taka."

Your father held his hand out to your partner, who shook his hand hesitantly and introduced themself to him.

You father was eager to meet them, under the impression the two of you were just friends. He welcomed them in, making sure to act like the perfect host with his high and mighty voice.

"Can they stay over for the night? For a sleep over?" You pried almost as soon as he had finished his 'host duties',"I don't mind, are their parents agreeing to it too?" You nodded in response,"Great! You two go up to your room, I'll prepare you some food. Do they have any allergies?"

After your father questioned you about their food preference, and everything related to that you were free to go, sneaking up to your room with your partner.

The night passed, and it was the next morning when you were telling your partner goodbye. You stood at the door with them, sheepishly giving them a peck on their cheek before they walked off. Once they did, you did not expect to be getting in trouble by your father.

He stood almost disapprovingly behind you, looking a bit uncomfortable. You turned, almost jumping at the sight of your father,

".. So, Y/N.. Are the two of you dating?" He asked, a tinge of disappointment in his voice.

"Uh.." You hesitated, you didn't want to lie to him, but it was so obvious you were dating anyways,"Yeah.. We are.." You slightly regretted being truthful, knowing you were breaking one of the rules your father was adamant about keeping.

".. Go read the rule board for me, quick.." He sighed, motioning to the whiteboard put up in your living room.

You sluggishly made your way to the living room, pretending to read the board that had some of the many restrictions your dad put up for you. It was a sorry sight to see, having so much stuff you were practically forbidden from doing, it made you kind of jealous sometimes other kids get even the slightest bit more of freedom than you.

"What does it say?" Taka had followed you to the living room, looking down to you sternly as he spoke.

"No partner until 16 years old.." You recited, almost rolling your eyes,

"How old are you?"

"15.. I'm one year away from 16, can't I have a partner?" You thought sass would get you through this, and some points that made sense but might not be enough to convince Taka.

"You're 15 still, your birthday isn't until next year!.. I can't make you break up with them, so I'll let you off, Y/N.. Do not break any other rules." He warned, sighing.

You'd never seen him so relaxed about a rule being broken, maybe because he understood it might've meant a lot to you to be with them.

"... Atleast they were kind though, right?" You grinned up at him, making him falter with his firm stance,"They are a well behaved kid, yes." He was obviously still cross with you, but what could he do?

"Go clean your room, Y/N." He instructed,"Awh.. Okay.." You muttered and tottered up to your room, putting music on while you cleaned the massive mess you had made yesterday.

After that, your father didn't have anything against your partner, he treated them perfectly fine and they were in the comfort of knowing that you could basically do normal couple stuff around him.
