I think I forgot how to open up.

I think I forgot how to ask for help.

I think I forgot how to accept another answer that's not mine.

I think I forgot love was supposed to be happy.

I think I forgot how to express that I fell in love.

I think I forgot how to explain I fell out of love.

I think I forgot to explain my pain.

I think I forgot to defend what I love most.

I think I'm lost.

And I think I forgot how to trust.
