I know I have

problems

and you do

anyone you see does

so everyone.

Are mine

really so bad

abandoning me

is your only course?

You looked into

my heart

I almost

descended into yours

and yet

you can ignore that

pretend to forget that

but you can't really inside

can you?

It's no longer

my choice

to keep this friendship

it lies on you

and you already said

you don't want to

So I shrug

gaze into

an empty sky

look you

once in the eye

I salute

and walk into the darkness

alone

my journey must not

be meant for you

at this time.
