Do not fear the weather

for all storms

while deadly

are only temporary.

Do not fear the darkness

for though you

cannot see

to stumble will not be so painful.

And do not fear the scorn of others

for being an

outside force

they can be ignored.

Rather

Do fear what's inside of you.

for you cannot

escape that.

When I look

at a mirror

when angry

I can see

the animal inside

us all.

Escape that.
