To Eat a Raisin in the Sun or to Kill a Mockingbird

Have you ever killed a mockingbird

or ate a raisin in the sun?

Did you dare consume grapes of wrath

or travel the world in 80 days?

Have you seen the center of the earth

or been 20,000 leagues under the sea?

Of mice and men,

whose dreams are oft deferred,

great expectations are placed upon us,

let our thoughts not be gone with the wind.
