Elena:I can't believe how real this is..
Damon:I know (hands her a cup of coffee) the choices we make now is always going to effect Sheila
Elena:none of us make drastic decisions though
Damon:Nope (sits) only Isaiah
Elena:he was protecting Maria,you'd do the same in fact you did...
Damon:I know and I'm just glad she's okay now
Elena:(nods and smiles) She wasn't very pleasant.. Uh where's Stefan?
Damon:he woke up pretty early,if I'm not mistaken he's going to see Maria
Elena smiles and sits back

There's a knock at the door
Eduardo:it's like 8:30 who's that?(opens the door) oh Hi...
Stefan:Hi..
Eduardo steps aside to let him in
Kai:Hello Stefan
Stefan:Hi.. uh is Maria here?
Eduardo:yeah I'll let her know you're here,Kai
Kai:oh yeah we have to go to uh... that...
Stefan raises his eyebrow
Kai:yeah I got nothing,you and Ria need to talk
Stefan:that's why I'm here Malakai
Eduardo:let me (points upstairs) I'll get her

Eduardo:Maria?
Maria:yeah?
Eduardo:you have a visitor?
Maria:I'll be out in a minute
Eduardo:listen honey I'm going out with Kai,I'll see you later
Maria:where's Isaiah?
Eduardo:he'll be home later,are you going to be okay without us?
Maria:yeah I'll be fine,have fun

She walks downstairs and sees Stefan sitting by the kitchen counter on a barstool so she walks around and into the kitchen so the counter is between them
Stefan:Hi
Maria:Hi... uh ... a drink?
Stefan:yeah sure...
Maria reaches up and gets two glasses and then she gets ice
Stefan:why didn't you tell me?
Maria:(not making eye contact) tell you what?
Stefan:that you didn't kiss him...
Maria:I tried to... (Pours the drinks) then you left... then I switched it off...
Stefan:what?
Maria:(gives him a drink and then sits) yeah
Stefan:it was off for 1 month?
Maria nods,still not making eye contact
Stefan:hey (he says softly,lifting her chin) talk to me...

She looks down and her tears fall down her face

Stefan:If I had stayed would you have turned it off
She stays quiet for a bit

Stefan hugs walks around the counter to face her

She nods and her takes her hands and kisses it

She giggles and shakes her head
Stefan:I'm hurt...
Maria:(sniffs and he wipes her tears away) I love you...
He leans down and kisses her and she holds his face
Stefan:I'll never do that to you again... I promise
Maria:Stefan....
Stefan:yeah?
Maria:shut up and kiss me
He smiles and he lifts her up onto the counter to sit and he kisses her again

Jeremy:Hey (kisses her forehead) how's my girls today?
Bonnie:better,we'd like to go home
Jeremy:not yet... I know this sucks but you'll be back in our bed real soon
Bonnie:are you okay?
Jeremy:(looks at Sheila) I have no reason not to be.. (Kisses Sheila's forehead) she's so beautiful

Victoria:you're gone quiet... What is it?
Isaiah shakes his head
Victoria:you didn't bring me out here to overlook the mountains Isaiah,so spill the beans!
Isaiah:This is still all new to me (lays back on the grass)

She giggles and tries to push him off her

Maria smiles and holds Sheila

Maria leans down and kisses her cheek and she touches Maria's cheek giving her a flashback of the first time she met Maria

Maria:Awww I said your baby would inherit your gifts..

Maria:I'm off to see peaches and Damon... I haven't seen them since...(looks down)
