Damon:time is approaching,how you feeling? Good I hope..
Stefan:I'm over 100... I'm about to be a father.. there's a side to me known as "the ripper" and my future wife won't admit it but she's in so much pain she can barely move... there could be complications to this and she might heal on the delivery table (downs the bourbon)
Damon:okay.... I'll take that as a no... (Fills Stefan's glass up)

Doctor:everything's looking good...I think he's ready
Maria:I'm ready now doc
Doctor:(laughs) patience Ms Vatori
Maria frowns and looks at Stefan
Stefan:it's almost time (holds her hand) we can deal with a few more weeks

As they step out the doctors office Maria feels a sharp pain and she almost falls over
Stefan:Doctor!!

They rush her into a room and close off the bed so Stefan can't see anything

Isaiah:I came as soon as I heard.. Is she okay?
Stefan:I don't know.. it's been 1 hour and I haven't heard anything
Isaiah:excuse me nurse... any news on my sister?
Nurse:no sir,please have a seat.. The doctor will be out soon
Stefan:what could possibly be so serious? If she's ready to give birth tell me I need to be with her...

Doctor:Mr Salvatore....

Doctor:I'm so sorry...

Damon listens in
Doctor:she's unconscious... she's lost some blood and your son... (Shakes his head)

They compel the doctor and nurse to tell them

Elena:Maria... you need to wake up.. you're stronger than this... we need you... Stefan.. he's not doing so good (holds her hands and kisses it) I know you're hurting right now (puts her head down) I am so sorry... The doctor says the vervain should be out your system soon... I just.. I need you to wake up okay... We're gonna find her... I promise it'll be okay
Spencer:Elena? (Elena looks up) Hi...
Elena:hey! (Hugs him)
Spencer's been crying a lot and she can tell by the bags under his eyes
